WISDOM

If you support our national security issues, you may love and appreciate the United States of America, our Constitution with its’ freedoms, and our American flag.

If you support and practice our fiscal issues, you may value worldly possessions.

If you support and value our social issues, you may love Judeo-Christian values.

If you support and practice all these values, that is all good; an insignia of “Wisdom” . - Oscar Y. Harward

Sales Taxes paid at home should stay at home

By Oscar Y. Harward

In placing out-of-state purchases on the Internet, North Carolina’s and associated local county/city governments receive their appropriate portion of the applicable sales tax based on the home purchasers’ home address origination.

On the other hand, when I purchase a product via telephone in NC, the sales taxes are distributed to the county/city government(s); based on the businesses address location; not the purchasers’ home address origination.

If a salesperson calls on you at home, purchased applicable local sales taxes go to the county/city government(s); based on the applicable businesses address location; not the purchasers’ home address origination.

When you and I purchase products in person from our homes, on the telephone, on the Internet, etc., the applicable local sales taxes should go the county/city of purchasers’ home address origination.

Sales taxes paid on purchased products in a store you visit in another county should continue as with the current county/city government sales tax distribution.

New legislation is essential in correcting an overdue wrong by providing working men and women of NC and their local governments a fairer way to assure that ‘sales taxes paid at home stay at home’.

Merge our VA HealthCare into our ‘private sector’ HealthCare system

By Oscar Y. Harward

It is time for Capitol Hill legislators to introduce and pass legislation merging our Veterans Administration HealthCare into our ‘private sector’ HealthCare system; allowing Veterans to select their HealthCare by choice with the VA or any other ‘Medicare approved’ HealthCare system.

Many Veterans are receiving excellent service from the VA while other Veterans are being delayed, rejected, etc.; failing to receive their promised and earned HealthCare.  Veterans are falling through the cracks; even dying for lack of needed, adequate, and expedited HealthCare.  Each loss is disgraceful.

Merging HealthCare may be as simple as combining Veterans’ records, and/or their dependents, and issue a Veteran’s ID card merged into the Medicare card system; including and/or excluding limitations as applicable.

Whenever Veterans and their dependent(s) suffer mistreatment(s) by the VA, it tears my heart to see so many Veterans within the VA bureaucracy who treat their fellow Veterans as if the patients are old wrecked cars; with little desire for making repairs.

I know because I have and am currently there; also mistreated by the VA.

We owe our Veterans the best.  When our men and women accept an assignment, he and/or she are offering to give their lives in protecting our USA, our Constitution, and our American flag.

Let’s give back; at least the timely, earned, decent, and promised HealthCare, etc. to our Veterans and their dependents.

Merging Veterans HealthCare into the ‘private sector’ will give the Veterans and their dependents an opportunity to make a choice for their own preferred HealthCare.

For my evaluation on Hillary Clinton’s remarks:

For my evaluation on Hillary Clinton’s remarks on March 10, 2015:

From: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3f01MDEGXP4

1.    It appears Hillary Clinton is continuing her 2016 Presidential campaign and maintaining her support for women as if men are/were restricting her; whereas, Hillary Clinton’s own female employees in her Senate office were paid less than men.

2.    As we learned last week in Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s speech to Congress, it may be that President Obama and his administration may be close to agreeing with Iran on a very dangerous agreement; allowing Iran to have a nuclear bomb, and many of them.

3.    Hillary Clinton must have forgotten her own 2007 speech of ‘illegal’ E-mails. http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2015/03/flashback-hillary-attacks-bush-officials-for-secret-email-accounts-video/

4.    Hillary Clinton ‘chose’ to ‘deny or reject’ a ‘secure’ US State Department E-mail setup while using what appears to be an ‘unsecure’ E-mail server setup.  Hillary Clinton’s decision may have allowed enemy nations and other ‘terrorists’ Islamic groups to see and read any and/or all non-secured E-mails.

5.    By setting up her own personal E-mail server system, Hillary Clinton controlled any and all information that was, or was not, transferred and copied at the State Department.  You may see that Hillary Clinton addresses that these copies were all job related.  She is confirming her total control of all E-mails of what she decided as to what the State Department receives.

6.    Hillary Clinton clarifies that the State Department delivered some 55,000 E-mails upon request or demand; all as she says were work related.  Hillary Clinton believes we should trust her on all.  She is not in a position for her to determine all E-mails as to whether E-mails are job related or personal and/or what were put on her own personal E-mail server system and going to the State Department.  She must understand these entire job related E-mails are not to be determined to her.  All E-mails must be confirmed by others whether these E-mails are work related or personal.

7.    Here again, Hillary Clinton is saying she asked the State Department to release all job related E-mails.  Again, all E-mails received to the State Department were only what E-mails she would release to the State Department from her own E-mail server system.

8.    While Hillary Clinton says she is so proud of her work as Secretary of State, this means she must be so proud of employing members of al-Qaeda for the ‘security’ at the Benghazi, Libya Embassy facility where as US Ambassador and 3 others died.

9.    Mrs. Clinton, convenience may have cost the lives of our US Ambassador and 3 others Americans. When any and all Americans are at risk for your personal convenience, your service is a disgrace to our State Department, the White House, and to all of America and our citizens.

10.  What may be even worse, Mrs. Clinton, Americans have no idea as to how much of your personal convenience may have provided national security information to other ‘terrorists’ Islamic Muslim groups.

GOP Speaker, John Boehner joined all voting Democrats and guided 75 Republicans to fund the Department of Homeland Security for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2015

Republican Party Speaker, John Boehner has got to go!

75 Capitol Hill Republicans joined Republican Party Speaker, John Boehner in supporting all of the entire US House voting Democrat Party for totally funding President Obama’s Department of Homeland Security for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2015.

All of these 182 Democrat Party ‘YEA’ votes and 75 Republican Party ‘YEA’ votes were in support of President Obama’s ‘illegal’ immigration funding legislation.

While Americans and most Republicans are calling on Capitol Hill to ‘STOP’ President Obama’s ‘illegal’ immigration and to ‘STOP’ the spending, almost all Democrats and many Republicans are ignoring the cry.  All Democrats and 75 Republicans, led by Speaker Boehner, continue to support President Obama and reject ‘We the People’.
