Preamble For Your State’s Constitution!

Those who would argue that no basis exists for a Judeo-Christian foundation in America, or that the founders did not envision one, need to read each state Preamble. The Judeo-Christian values of our founding fathers, at the federal level as well at the states level, are being trampled nearly out of existence. The radical left-wing of mostly Democrats and a few Republicans, the radical left-wing media and it does exist, the ACLU, and some in the radical left-wing Federal Judiciary, are subverting our own common-sense values. The radical left-wing Muslim community is advancing their own religion with the aid of these radical left-wing groups and CAIR (Council on American Islamic Relations).

Iranian President, Face American Justice!

Iran President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s request to visit the United States and to place a wreath at “Ground Zero” making his appearance is additional evidence of his arrogance to America and our values. He is seeking to visit where al Qaeda, using US airlines, flew two airplanes into the two World Trade Center towers, then a third airplane into the Pentagon, and had a fourth airplane heading for the White House or Capitol Hill. “Hero” passengers took over from the terrorists crashing that fourth airplane into rural Pennsylvania, giving their own lives to protect many others in Washington. Since that time, several other radical terrorists have been stopped before costing American lives in our own cities and on our streets.

For Columbia University President Lee Bollinger to invite and/or allow Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to visit and/or address any group on his campus is equivalent for his support of al Qaeda and the Taliban who are directly responsible for injuring and killing Americans including members of our US military, as well as many other Iraqi and Afghanistan citizens. President Bollinger is an actual identifier as a radical left-winger; one of many Presidents inside college and university systems.

America is at war in Iraq and Afghanistan. An American and Allied win will provide the citizens of Iraq and Afghanistan the opportunity to live under a Democratic Republic system of government. Most of these citizens have never lived in a free society. Everyone around the world should have the opportunity to live free rather than under a totalitarian order or another government by tyranny. An equal value is to defeat terrorism as al Qaeda and the Taliban overseas, rather than in the streets and communities within America. Terrorism as al Qaeda and/or the Taliban is not a government. They are terrorist groups supported by rogue terrorist nations such as Iran, Syria, and others. Their goal is to defeat any and all governments within the free world, to rule under their own guidelines as they see, and to kill all others who get in their way. Their system will be ruled by people, rather than by law.

Every member of our US military is a volunteer. Upon joining the US military, each are aware he/she are not going to an ice cream social. Most yearn to serve America protecting our American Flag, and our US Constitution. We all are saddened by any loss of life and/or injury within our military forces of the US. Each is an American “hero”.

So much evidence shows the government of Iran is providing terrorists in Iraq explosives and other equipment and monies for al Qaeda and the Taliban, who are using their equipment in killing American members and others of our US Allied forces, as well as many other Iraqi citizens. As some of these terrorists are captured, some on Capitol Hill are still fighting for habeas corpus rights in our US Judiciary beyond our military tribunals.

Upon President Ahmadinejad’s arrival, he should experience the opportunity to face our 1979 US Embassy representatives and any additional supporting evidence when Iranian terrorists broke into our Embassy in Iran, took over US Embassy officials, kidnapping and abusing them, and holding our Embassy diplomats hostage for more than a year. Does the US Government have the moral fiber to complete this proposal? An investigation, prosecution, and conviction, if guilty, will resolve many problems in the Middle East.

Should the 1979 US State Department Diplomats and other members of our staff identify President Ahmadinejad as one of the lawless kidnappers, he should be placed under arrest to stand trial in our US Judiciary or in a World Court as “The Hague” in the Netherlands. The invasion, kidnapping, and abuse of our US Embassy and our personnel by Iranians were illegal acts then, and are still illegal today.

I would bet the Liberal leaders on Capitol Hill, both Democrats and Republicans, would support a resolution supporting this legal activity, or will they? Our current’s government’s elected leaders and other appointed officials will prove America should not forget!

Americans should demand our government to pursue President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad for examination and allow him to face our system of justice. Most Americans, as a majority, still support our free, legal, and Judeo-Christian values.

Radical Muslim v. Judea-Christian Values

America is fighting a war with the terrorist world. The war is radical Muslim v. Judeo-Christian values. It seems as though so many on Capitol Hill, mostly Democrats, but a few Republicans, fail to understand we “must win” this war. It is so simple. We must fight and win in Iraq and around the world, rather than on our own streets in our own communities. These leaders on Capitol Hill have President Bush as the target and his support of Judeo-Christian values. It appears their effort is to destroy President Bush even at the cost of destroying America’s values and our lifestyle.

Our US Constitution is based on Judeo-Christian values. If you read the authors and their writings about our Constitution, you will know how responsible the Judeo-Christian values were to them. So many unbelievers on Capitol Hill have infiltrated our political system of Judeo-Christian values. When one separates his/her own life from Judeo-Christian values, his/her wisdom breaks away also. They choose to be obstructionist to our long time lasting values.

It must be quite comforting for Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, leaders of al Qaeda, leaders of the Taliban, and any other terrorists’ group to wake up each morning, read the likes of the New York Times, watch the likes of NBC News, and others. When will the national media employ Conservative editors and news reporters? When will the national media support the American values? Fox News Channel is the only TV network with balance. This is why the Fox News Channel is growing so rapidly. America is rejecting the so-called news from the liberal print media and TV Network News.

Terrorists see what the Democrat leaders like Senators Reid (D-NV), Kennedy (D-MA), Boxer (D-CA) and others like Speaker Of The House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), Representatives John Murtha (D-PA), Dennis Kucinich (D-OH) etc. are saying. There are also registered Republicans like Senator Chuck Hagel (R-NE). I say registered Republicans because Sen. Chuck Hagel, based on the GOP Platform, is an embarrassment to the Republican Party and the good citizens of Nebraska. Thank goodness, he has decided not to seek reelection. When you see and/or read what some of these leaders are saying, it is difficult to determine whose side they are on. If you just see the words without a named person attached, it is difficult to identify if the words came from a leader on Capitol Hill or a member of al Qaeda or another terrorist person. It is shameful to so many who serve, have served, or worse have died for America, our American Flag, and our Constitution.

To me, if there is a servant on Capitol Hill who should be charged with treason, it is Congressman Dennis Kucinich. See an interview for yourself as Kucinich said in an interview on Syrian TV at: http://www.memritv.org/clip/en/1550.htm. You will not read this in your local newspaper or see it on network TV news. If the Democrat Party will not charge Kucinich with treason, they should at least renounce his statements and send an apology to all of America.

Many are calling on the Democrat Party leaders individually, and/or collectively, to disavow the full-page ad http://blogs.trb.com/news/politics/blog/PetraeusNYTad , paid for by MoveOn.org, in the September 9 New York Times referring to US Four Star Gen. David Petraeus as an American betrayed General of the Iraqi war. MoveOn.org funds hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars to the Democrat Party leadership. If the Democrats will not disavow this ad, it appears the Democrat Party leaders have lost their human values. If the Democrats disavow this ad, they have reached a new “low”. It is as if the Democrat Party leadership is now flowing in the sewer. This will substantiate as to how they really lack any respect for our men and women in uniform. Shame on you Democrat Party leaders and your disregard to all men and women in uniform who willingly put their own lives on the line offering to die for our American flag, our US Constitution, and all freedom-loving people around the world. Where is your character, or do you have any?

How fortunate that our forefathers were smarter, wiser than many of our current leaders on Capitol Hill. Some of our leaders on Capitol Hill demand Iraq’s leaders to approve an immediate Iraqi Constitution. While our US Constitution was signed on July 4, 1776, it took Americans some five years to adopt it and another five years for the Congress, on May 14, 1787 to give official approval to revise the Articles of Confederation.

For our Judea-Christian values, President Ronald Reagan said it best (as reprinted from the “Patriot Post”): “The truth is, politics and morality are inseparable. And as morality’s foundation is religion, religion and politics are necessarily related. We need religion as a guide. We need it because we are imperfect, and our government needs the Church, because only those humble enough to admit they’re sinners can bring to democracy the tolerance it requires in order to survive. A state is nothing more than a reflection of its citizens: The more decent the citizens, the more decent the state. If you practice a religion, whether you’re Catholic, Protestant, Jewish, or guided by some other faith, then your private life will be influenced by a sense of moral obligation, and so, too, will your public life.”.

Where will the liberals turn after the war? What will they say? Who will they blame if liberal leaders in our US Congress compel our US Military forces to “raise the white flag and surrender” to terrorism? Terrorism is not a government. It is a group of international thugs. What will our leaders say when terrorists attack and take over the State of Israel? Israel and the UK are America’s very best allies. We must protect their freedoms, as well as our own. Oh, how quickly and economically America could win this war on terrorism if the left-wing Democrats would come over, see the truth, and join America in its fight against radical terrorism. God Bless America.

Rep. Gibson Helping Anson County?

Part II Of A Series

Rep. Pryor Gibson represents District 69 in the NC House of Representatives, which covers all of Anson County, NC and a smaller part of eastern Union County, NC.

Rep. Pryor Gibson (D-Anson) introduced and pushed new legislation through the NC General Assembly changing the election process of Union County Commissioners. Rep. Gibson’s legislation was opposed by all three other members of Union County’s General Assembly legislators and all five UC Commissioners.

There is a significant difference between the economic, educational, and political process between Anson and Union County. I will list a small number of these differences.

Anson County Commissioners are represented by seven (7) individuals by distinct district. Voters can vote for only one of the seven commissioners elected by district only.

Union County Commissioners are represented by five (5) individuals representing all the citizens of Union County. Each voter has the right to vote for “all” five commissioners.

District representation creates multiple divisions within our local communities. Collective representation creates unison.

You may ascertain the following facts at: http://quickfacts.census.gov/qfd/states/.

The Gibson legislation is based on US Census for year 2000. More current from the 2006 US Census estimate shows Anson County has a total population of 25,472. Census estimate Union County’s 2006 population at 175,272. This alone misrepresents US Census numbers in the Gibson legislation.

Between April 1, 2000 and July 1, 2006, Anson County’s population grew by 197 people.

Between April 1, 2000 and July 1, 2006, Union County’s population grew by 51,595 people. Union County’s growth alone represents more than twice the total population of all of Anson County.

Anson County issued 60 building permits in year 2005.
Union County issued 3,972 building permits in year 2005.

The median household income, 2004 in Anson County was $29,320.
The median household income, 2004 in Union County was $56,218.

What has Rep. Pryor Gibson done in the NC General Assembly in his more than sixteen years of service or as Chairman of the Anson County Democrat Party Chairman to reduce the flight of the Anson County graduated high school and college talent? What has happened to any expanding economy in Anson County? Are these economic failures due to the leadership? Anson County has great people, great natural resources, and other advantages. I know Anson County. I was born in Wadesboro, raised in the Burnsville community, and graduated from Anson High. Anson County and Union County’s citizens deserve more than what they are getting from District 69 representation. When will they change? It is their choice.

Which facts as represented would you choose to live? Why should Union County voters choose to change their election of commissioners from five to seven if each voter is to be allowed to vote for only three out of seven commissioners (one by district and two at large) rather than all? Each voter in Union County would lose a majority of their representation on the UC Commission. Anson County may choose to change and allow all their voters to vote for all their representatives on the Commission. A different elective system, representation, and/or political party in Anson County may lead to a more aggressive economic growth for its people.

If some in the City of Monroe, NC wants district representation on the UC County Commission, why do they not propose district representation on the Monroe City Council denying all their citizens in Monroe the right to vote on all its representatives? Will the voters in the City of Monroe choose a local government based on a split district elective system?

If some in the Town of Marshville, NC wants representation on the UC Commission, why do they not propose district representation on the Town of Marshville Town Council denying all its citizens on Marshville the right to vote on all its representatives. Will the voters in the Town of Marshville choose a local government based on a split district elective system?

The strength of America’s system of our Democratic Republic, as in our livelihood, is based on the two party system. Its longevity continues to breathe on that process. The two party system is a compass within each political party and their political platform within. Turning politics into non-partisan elections bleeds much of the blood from its living existence.

Sincerely,

Oscar Y. Harward
