Under President Obama’s law, America seems to being governed for men, rather than by laws. On a regular basis, we read, hear, and/or see where President Obama, Attorney General Eric Holder, members of his administration, and/or other members of leadership in the Democrat Party on Capitol Hill are disregarding our Constitution, US Code, and/or making erroneous radical statements as facts when the statements are dishonest. For these and other reasons, Americans are going to say ‘NO’ to Obama’s wrong ideals and the Democrat Party on November 2, 2010.
Has America ever faced a more vicious deceitful group in government than what Americans are now facing?
You may remember the US Justice Department dismissing Pennsylvania Black Panthers in the 2008 General Election for intimidating voters.
President Obama and AG Holder sued Arizona over its’ new law SB1070. Arizona was trying to control or stop illegal immigration and the criminal elements from within. Obama administrators refused to enforce the new law which was a mirror law to US Code.
AG Holder sued Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio for upholding Arizona laws and US Code.
AG Holder dismissed charges against USS Cole bomber Abd al-Rahim al-Nashis who killed 17 Americans and injured 39 others.
When are President Obama and AG Holder going to investigate Democrat Party nominees Joe Sestak (D-PA) and Andrew Romanoff (D-CO) who allegedly were offered jobs in the Obama administration in lieu of dropping their candidacies for US Senate.
When does AG Holder plan to investigate former Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel who, as a Congressman, lived rent-free with a BP adviser while residing in Washington? His rent-free housing would exceed Federal Election laws. That may be another felony.
When will President Obama and/or AG Eric Holder call for an independent investigation of multiple allegations of fraud against ACORN? After all, much of their funds came from taxpayers’ funds.
When can we expect a report that HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, Tom Daschle, Obama’s first HHS nominee, Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner, US Trade Representative Ron Kirk, and Labor Secretary Hilda Solis have paid their Federal Income tax bills?
When will President Obama require 41of his White House staffers pay their $831,055 in back taxes?
When will President Obama provide hard evidence or apologize to America that groups like the Chamber of Commerce are spending huge sums to influence American elections in an illegal manner? Bruce Josten described the DNC ad all but accuses the Chamber and others of illegally using foreign donations for political purposes. To President Obama and others leaders in the Democrat Party, “Put up or shut up! Americans are tired of your misleading words”.
For other illegal activity and terrorism creeping into America, there are reports that members of the drug cartel may be in control of parts of southern Arizona. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has posted warning signs along I-8 between Casa Grande and Gila Bend. Even with these warnings, President Obama and Democrat Party leaders ignore the illegal activity.

Terrorism and other internal crimes creeping into US under Obama Administration

Do you remember how imperative it was as President Obama and the majority Democrat Party members on Capitol Hill implored upon Americans the importance of passing H.R. 1 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, a $787 Billion “so-called stimulus” on February 13, 2009? Remember how it could not wait even one day? Continued requests by Republican Party leaders’ to study the legislation over the weekend before voting was denied.
Americans were told over and over that this legislation had to pass that day or America’s economy may fail. With the passage, we all presumed President Obama would sign the legislation immediately. Four days later, President Obama and the Democrat Party leaders held a signing ceremony on February 17 in Denver, CO.
Most Americans realized a legislative fraud by the Democrat Party was being played upon Americans’ citizens. Political polls continued to say “NO”, but Democrat Party legislators ignored the appeals. No Democrat Party Legislator on Capitol Hill would even say they had read the 647 page legislation they insisted must be voted on in the middle of the night.
Now, as it turns out, the “stimulus” legislation made $250 in stimulus payments to 71,600 who were dead and an additional 17,300 who were in prison. This giveaway cost (y)our taxpayers $18 Million. 2,200 prison inmate recipients are able to keep their stimulus payments as the law written by the majority Democrats on Capitol Hill included their payments. Congress failed to give the Social Security Administration the authority to recover erroneous payments. Additionally, there are many “stimulus” payments going to “falsified” Zip Codes.
Similarly, the majority Democrat Party passed ObamaCare and President Obama signed a bill that included over 2,000 pages of legislation without anyone on Capitol Hill who would say they read the law before passage. It was Speaker Pelosi, who said, “But we have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it”.
These are added issues as President Obama, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, and Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi are leading other Democrat Party members on Capitol Hill to blindly vote by spending taxpayers’ money without any concerns, requirements, and/or needs. The Obama/Reid/ Pelosi team believe and practice they may be able to purchase (re)elections for Democrats by sending taxpayers funds randomly to all in their respective Congressional Districts and/or States.
Just as important is the facts that demonstrate these spending bills total more than $1 Trillion with H.R. 1, an additional $250 stimulus of January 15, 2009; $2 Billion Cash for Clunkers, and others. Even now, with all of this falsified legislation to improve our economy, our economy is in worse form than before these out-or-control spending legislations. There is no indication of an improving economy under President Obama’s and the Democrat Party’s plans of recovery. Now Obama is calling for a new $59 Billion bill for transportation infrastructure. All indications are our economics under their policies are deteriorating. When is the Democrat Party going to demand an extended “Independent” investigation, or will they? On November 2, the American electorate must restore our Constitutional freedoms along with our fiscal, social, and military issues of today.
With more than $1 Trillion spent on H.R. 1 and others, and an additional approximately $1 Trillion spent on ObamaCare without positive results, how can you support President Obama and Democrat Party economic policies? American voters will respond on November 2, 2010.

Free speech or hate speech

When does free speech become hate speech? In my early years in the US Army, one of the first teachings was to honor our US Constitution, our American flag, and all of our Blessed freedoms as defined within.
The case of Texas v. Johnson (U.S. 397) in 1989, SCOTUS made a landmark decision declaring that burning (y)our American flag was ‘free speech’. My question that day and on every day since that decision, I often question as to how any loving Americans, or more specifically, any God loving Justice of the US Supreme Court, could ‘minimize’ our ‘symbol of freedom’ around the world.
It all originated in 1963 with the SCOTUS’ decision ABINGTON SCHOOL DIST. v. SCHEMPP, 374 U.S. 203 (1963). Everyone in the public schools had a “Christian Devotion” in the mornings, and with that learning, almost everyone went to some Church, Parish, Synagogue, etc. on Sunday mornings. Our Biblical principles in public schools were based on ‘Judeo-Christian’ values as defined by the Founding Fathers of our US Constitution. The US Supreme Court’s 1963 decision outlawed Prayer in schools. Most of our younger children were taught the importance of “God’s Word”.
Now, without the Biblical teachings in public schools or their attending Worship on a regular basis, we have reared one generation, who has reared another generation, who now are bringing up a third generation who see no reason to attend Church, Parish, Synagogue, etc., or read the Bible or to do any Biblical study. Today, there are little to no religious teachings in our public school. So many of our elected politicians, liberal members of our print media, radio, TV, and other medias are presenting us the ‘news’ and other print, radio, and television presentations in unacceptable and/or ungodly scenes.
Americans are now facing another SCOTUS decision in the case of members of Westboro Baptist Church in Topeka, Kansas. These radical members protested the funeral of Lance Cpl. Matthew Snyder, a US Marine who was killed in Iraq while serving America. Even though these Westboro Baptist Church were protesting on public property, their protest was so loud as to be disturbing to the Snyder family at the cemetery memorial service. SCOTUS will now make a legal determination as to whether the family should have ‘privacy rights’ at a funeral or whether protesting a funeral is ‘free speech’.
The bottom line is that if the Supreme Court of the United States renders a decision allowing protestors ‘free speech’ to override and abuse the ‘privacy rights’ of a family at a funeral, we have reached a point in time when any group may interrupt and/or overwhelm any other organized meeting(s) as a form of ‘free speech’. A SCOTUS decision in agreement to Westboro Baptist Church and against Snyder family’s ‘privacy rights’ at a funeral is the beginning of the end of civility in any House of Worship. May we trust the wisdom of our SCOTUS Justices to respect the ‘privacy rights’ of all families at funerals!
Furthermore, it is a dishonor and a disgraceful act for Westboro Baptist Church members to present themselves as part of God’s Families of Churches. Westboro Baptist Church is practicing ‘hate speech’. May God forgive them! May God show each of them the Light of His Love! God Bless America!
