One of our most critical freedoms under our Constitution is our right to vote on those who represent us. Additionally, it is imperative that members of our military who are fighting a war against terrorism overseas for our Constitutional freedoms have a right to vote and have their votes counted in the final tally.
There are allegations that some states are failing to get out absentee ballots on Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment Act (MOVE) as passed on Capitol Hill and signed by President Reagan in August 1986 as required by law. The law covers members of the military serving and civilians who are working oversees for write-in ballots in general elections for candidates for federal elections. The deadline for mailing these ballots was September 18, 2010.
There are reports now that about one third of the 110 election authorities in Illinois missed the September 18 deadline. St. Clair County, Illinois which is seeking a waiver alone, allegedly, held up the mailing of 1,274 ballots until October 4. Other states in violation of the MOVE Act to receive waivers include Delaware, New York, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Washington. There are more states in violation of the MOVE Act and now denied waivers: Wisconsin, Hawaii, Alaska and Colorado, along with the District of Columbia and the US Virgin Islands. Approved waivers may deny voters, as defined, their right to have their votes cast and/or counted if returned late.
Based on Jerome Corsi’s book, “Obama Nation, Sen. Barack Obama and his Secretary of State, Sen. Hillary Clinton, never voted for anything that benefited our military/veterans.
It is now Obama’s support and funding of the wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Pakistan as the main issue keeping Obama’s political approval polls at 47% and a disapproval rating of 52%. Without Obama’s support in defeating terrorism, Obama’s political polls could plummet his approval ratings to somewhere around 35% to 40%.
Republicans across America are screaming at President Obama and his Attorney General Eric Holder for allowing some states to “pass” on the law. Are President Obama and his administration going to deny members of our US Military who are fighting a war against Al Qaeda, the Taliban, and others associated with terror, to protect our freedoms?
President Obama and other members of the Democrat Party are silenced on this issue. Many Democrats on Capitol Hill have objected to funding any and all wars against terrorism. Defeating terrorism around the world is a must to prevent terror from spreading into our own streets.
Every American must be assured that members of our US Military and other civilians working overseas votes must have their right to vote and have their votes counted in this election. We must practice Constitutional rights for qualified Americans. To deny any qualified voter to have their otherwise votes voided is in violation of our Constitution and US Code. Each individual responsible for these election violations must be held legally liable. The Democrat Party should be penalized for their silence on this issue. Each member of the Democrat Party should be shouting from the rooftop(s) in the support and defense of our military.

Obama, America’s most distrusted President in US history

The most distrusted White House Administration in US history is now erroneously alleging that the backbone of our jobs’ institution, the US Chamber of Commerce, of using illegal foreign money to fund political candidates’ advertisements.
While our US economy is under stress, President Obama and the majority Democrat Party has crammed unneeded and unwanted legislation, at taxpayers’ expense, “down our throats” claiming that their legislation would cure our economy. Most of our Congress’s and Senate’s enacted laws have further damaged our fragile economy.
Americans have determined that the enacted legislations as President Obama, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, and their following Democrats on Capitol Hill have passed are harmful regulations to a growing economy.
In the late year of 2008, Americans were told we had to “bailout” the banks and Wall Street, and Capitol Hill did. In 2009 and 2010, President Obama and the Capitol Hill Democrats pushed legislations: Stimulus, Cash for Clunkers, Cap and Trade, Illegal Immigration, ObamaCare, and others. With all these taxpayer’s expenditures, our economy is in a weaker state than before. America is left with an excessive amount of debt and no recovery. Obama and the Capitol Hill Democrats should have allowed private businesses to “sink or swim” in a free and open economy. A free and open economy will correct a market as necessary.
Americans are now criticizing Democrats and their voting activity as they disavowed the political polls. While most of the supporting Democrats are avoiding ObamaCare as an issue, a few Democrats are defending their support and votes for controversial legislations. Sen. Patty Murray (D-WA) once boasted about her support of ObamaCare, “Not only did I read it, I helped to write it.” … “Insurance companies are the bad guys. Reform lets people choose coverage and keeps costs down”. …“families will control coverage” not “some DC bureaucrat.” We all know the two latter statements by Sen. Murray are untrue. Sen. Democrat Rep. John Spratt (SC-5) is facing his toughest campaign of his entire career. State Sen. Michael “Mick” Mulvaney of Indian Land is the GOP nominee for SC’s 5th. Congressional District seat. Sen. Michael Mulvaney has a voting record in the SC Senate as a fiscal and social conservative; fitting in closely with the citizens of SC 5th Congressional District. Spratt serves as one of Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s main leaders in the US House. South Carolinians are more conservative. Spratt is being forced to defend his most liberal votes ever in his support at 98.2% of Pelosi’s legislation in the House, most of which South Carolinians oppose. http://projects.washingtonpost.com/congress/111/house/party-voters/

John Spratt, and other Democrats on Capitol Hill who are directly responsible for our deterioration economy due to more government, more layoffs, higher taxes, and lesser Constitutional freedoms.
Inasmuch as President Obama and many Democrat Party candidates continue to mislead and/or sidetrack the issues and soothe out their mistaken deteriorating legislations to rebuild our economy, they must face up to the fact that they have wasted trillions of taxpayers’ money while impeding a recovering economy.

Taxpayer’s each 2010 national debt increased by $14,814 to a total of $122,121

Wake up America! Welcome Mr. and Mrs. Taxpayer(s) of America! Federal spending is out of control. How much money are you going to allow President Obama and the Capitol Hill Democrat Party to spend on their excessive wasteful spending, just to send (y)our taxpayers’ money home for their special projects.
Obama and Capitol Hill Democrats spent $787 billion on the “Stimulus” and with additional specials bringing the totals in excess of $1 trillion on stimulus alone.
According to Newsmax.com, “As of Sept. 30, the last day of fiscal 2010, the national debt stood at $13,561,623,030,891 — over $13.5 trillion — an increase of $1.65 trillion over fiscal 2009, according to data from the Bureau of the Public Debt, a division of the U.S. Treasury Department.”
Currently, our US Debt exceeds $13.6 trillion and growing larger. President Obama and Capitol Hill Democrats left each and every American taxpayer with an additional debt of $14,814 in “Fiscal Year 2010”. This brings each and every American taxpayer with a debt to $122,121.
America has more oil located in America than all combined in the Middle East. Americans are currently importing $305 billion of oil, $127 billion from OPEC nations. Our national debt due to imported oil exceeds now $4.4 trillion.
For additional economical troubles, President Obama and Democrats on Capitol Hill continue to refuse Americans to locate, extract, and refine oil into gasoline. Foreign oil is costing Americans approximately $82/barrel. America has almost unlimited quantities of located oil inland of the United States and in known offshore ocean discoveries.
With current cost of oil at approximately $28/barrel, and American oil costing consumers approximately $16.00/barrel, this alone would represent a savings of $1.57/gal. Study as to how a savings of $1.57/gal. would help with your budget!
When anyone in the Democrat Party even suggests that illegal oil money is coming to the GOP, take a look at the facts. It is the Republican Party who has been forcing the issue for America to become oil-independent using American’s oil reserves. It is the Democrat Party who has been refusing American companies from locating, extracting, and refining oil and gasoline reserves. The Democrat Party’s position cost American consumers more cost of oil and gasoline while sending more American consumer dollars to oil producing nations.
This is one of many issues that affect our US economy. Every week, we see, hear, and/or read of new Capitol Hill “grants” to state and local governments as well as to other organizations. For an American recovery, many of these grants must end. America’s economy is in distress. With a major change from liberal out-of-control wasteful spending to more careful, conservative expenditures on Capitol Hill, America will rebound.

The issue of Election 2010 is our economy; jobs, jobs, and more jobs
Americans are angry at Obama/Reid/Pelosi’s Team of wasteful legislation. Obama/Reid/Pelosi’s leadership has damaged our economy by legislating taxpayers’ unproductive projects and by impeding Constitutional freedoms, rather than developing productive policies for more employment. Obama/Reid/Pelosi’s legislations have further hampered our economy of producing new jobs. Democrats have no solutions for a recovering economy; therefore, they must accept responsibility for their failures.
