DNC Race-Baiting Camouflages Vote Fraud

It appears Capitol Hill Democrats are willing to misrepresent, lie, cheat, skim, or any other illegal activity to steal elections.

Voter Fraud legislation is to provide honest, free, and open election results

By Oscar Y. Harward

Each and every state legislature in America should be formulating every effort to prevent voter deception.  Reports of voter fraud are flourishing all across America.  Voter photo ID for voting is one way in an effort to prevent voter fraud.  I believe each and every prospective voting citizen should also sign in by writing his/her own signature on each and every election guaranteeing their own entire identity.

Wherever the ugly “voter fraud” arises, it must be fully investigated, aggressively prosecuted, and upon conviction, the convicted felon sentenced to active prison time.  Free and open voting elections are one of the most precious freedoms under our Constitution.  Voter fraud is a Constitutional violation of one of our freedoms; an open election by qualified voters to have their votes entirely counted.  Then legally eligible votes will be properly counted.

Anyone who opposes legislation to protect the legal votes of eligible voters would, otherwise, support voter fraud.

If there is a partisan or ideological bent to conservative attempts to de-fang the Left’s fraud snakes, it is born not of racial animus but of a legitimate need for protection of honest ballots.
Democratic National Committee Chair Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Florida Democrat, has ripped the scab from a deep wound in American politics. The Left has spent years slinging at conservatives the calumny that we want to block access to the polls by minority groups. The charge is a vile slander. Yet in the space of just two weeks, DNC chiefs have twice gone public with the allegation – race-baiting for all they are worth – in a raw attempt to foment racial tension. Beneath the surface, it’s also an attempt to provide a smokescreen for fraudulent voting.

Wasserman Schultz minced no words on June 5, telling Roland Martin that Republicans “want to literally drag us all the way back to Jim Crow laws and literally — and very transparently — block access to the polls to voters who are more likely to vote Democratic candidates than Republican candidates.”

She was parroting former DNC Chair Donna Brazile, who on May 17 wrote in USA Today that “from coast to coast, the GOP is engaged in what appears to be a coordinated, expensive effort to block voters from the polls. The motivation is political — a cynical effort to restrict voting by traditionally Democratic-leaning Americans. In more than 30 states, GOP legislators are on the move…. What the GOP is attempting to do is change the rules of the game, leaving only their players on the field.”

But when Wasserman Schultz turned the political explicitly into the racial, even she was quickly forced to acknowledge she had gone too far – only to repeat the slur right away: “Jim Crow was the wrong analogy to use…. But I don’t regret calling attention to the efforts in a number of states with Republican dominated legislatures, including Florida, to restrict access to the ballot box for all kinds of voters, but particularly young voters, African Americans and Hispanic Americans.”

Brazile is complaining about legislative attempts to require voter-ID at the polls, in order to fight illegal voting. The truth is, legislators have every reason to worry about vote fraud. Fraud is appallingly easy – perhaps even with identification. Federal motor-voter laws actually outlaw reasonable safeguards against shenanigans. I just saw first-hand how lax the standards are. On Tuesday, I transferred my driver’s license from Virginia to Alabama. Not once was I asked to provide even a sliver of proof that I actually reside in Alabama, much less in the house I live in. I could have claimed any address I wanted, and gotten away with it.

People attempt illegal voting all the time. Fortunately, some get caught. At the Election Law Center blog, J. Christian Adams keeps track. On June 3, a couple was arrested for vote fraud in Rhode Island. On May 31, trial was set in Texas for a city councilman who falsified dozens of mail-in ballot applications. On May 24 in Mississippi, two people were sentenced for illegal voting. On May 20, there was a vote-fraud story from Wisconsin; on May 18, a different one from Mississippi. May 17, New Jersey; May 10, Ohio; May 3 in Florida; also May 3 in New York, and April 29 in East St. Louis. On the stories go, ad infinitum.

John Fund’s Stealing Elections documents the problem at great length. Among the highlights was his report of the massive Wisconsin vote fraud in 2004, including “ineligible voters casting ballots, felons not only voting but working at the polls, transient college students casting improper votes, and homeless voters possibly voting more than once.” Then there was the case of Ritzy Mekler, the springer spaniel registered to vote in St. Louis for eight years – which still wasn’t as interesting as when USA Today reported that goldfish Princess Nudelman received registration materials in a Chicago suburb. The problem was, poor Princess was a cold fish – cold dead, that is.

The simple fact is that, from ACORN illegalities nationwide to massive abuses in Noxubee County, Miss., from mysteriously “discovered” ballots in a Washington State governor’s race stretching all the way back to the manifest irregularities in Illinois and Texas that snatched the presidency for John F. Kennedy over Richard Nixon, illegal voting overwhelmingly tends to favor the political Left. If there is a partisan or ideological bent to conservative attempts to de-fang the Left’s fraud snakes, it is born not of racial animus but of a legitimate need for protection of honest ballots. If Republicans are, in Wasserman Schultz’s words, trying to “block access to the polls to voters who are more likely to vote Democratic candidates,” then it is only because illegal voters are more likely to vote for Democrats.

Those are “voters” whose access darn well ought to be blocked. Illegal aliens, dogs, dead people and dead goldfish have no business deciding who our public officials are.

Protect Our Electoral College Inside Our US Constitution

The Electoral College under Attack....Soros Pushing for National Popular Vote  - http://www.patriotactionnetwork.com/forum/topic/show?id=2600775%3ATopic%3A4150675&xgs=1&xg_source=msg_share_topic

America, please listen carefully!  Do not allow any of our elected politicians on Capitol Hill or anywhere else in America to tamper with and/or destroy our Electoral College as our process of electing our President and Vice President of our United States.  Our current electoral process is sacred.  Our Electoral System is not broken, or for that matter, not even stretched, except for those who may hate America and choose to break our Electoral College system and/or our Democratic Republic system of government.
There are some elected left-wing Liberals on Capitol Hill who are now starting the process to introduce and ratify legislation of eliminating the Electoral College process and of altering our election of our President and Vice President of our United States.  Unfortunately, there are a few elected left-wing radicals who hate America and desire to destroy our Democratic Republic system of government.  Recent reports now show three (3) Congressmen visited Iraq in October, 2002, at the request and expense of now deposed, convicted of war crimes, and executed Iraqi President Saddam Hussein.  What would George Washington, Alexander Hamilton, Ben Franklin, James McHenry, James Madison, or James Wilson, the Electoral College presenter, or so many others say to these current members in Congress and/or these currently proposed changes to our US Constitution and its’ potential corruptive changes?  What about John Hancock, Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Rush, Samuel Adams, John Adams, or any of our other authors?  God Bless our forefathers’ leadership, their insights, their Wisdoms!

It is for certain our forefather authors of our US Constitution discussed the ideas of voters’ corruption and other corrupt ideas which could lead to a near never ending of counting and/or recounting votes for the President and Vice President.  Over the years, we have so much history of alleged voter fraud.
Under our current Electoral College, voter fraud usually can he dealt with in a local precinct, local county, or at worst, in a single state, rather than by so many multiple precincts, counties, and/or states.  Eliminating the Electoral College and changing to a total plurality vote could throw the electing of our President and Vice President into an election chaos all throughout America.  The Electoral College nearly eliminates multiple corrupt precincts, counties, and/or states from perhaps, changing the final entire election results for President and Vice President of the United States after an extended term in our State and Federal Judiciary.
Our founding fathers had the wisdom to foresee the importance of an Electoral College system which may prevent corruption from destroying the entire election process in the Executive Branch as the President and Vice President of our United States.
Our forefathers set up the Electoral College system to give each state representation based for one (1) vote for each of the two (2) US Senators and one (1) vote for each of its respective members of the US House of Representatives (Congress), based on their population in their respective state.
In general, for example, if there were a 304,000,000 population within the US, and with our current fifty (50) States, each state would be allocated two (2) votes as each of our fifty (50) states have two (2) US Senators.  One (1) vote for each 698,851 population persons will equally represent one (1) representative for each of our 435 members of the Congress.
With the exception of Maine and Nebraska, Electoral College votes are, by each voting state, winner take all.  In Maine and Nebraska, the winning candidates as President and Vice President get the two (2) Electoral College votes as US Senators, and as each of their respective state’s total vote.  Each Congressional District Electoral College vote is given to the Presidential/Vice Presidential candidate winning their respective Congressional District total votes.
Wyoming, the lowest in population (estimated at some 568,000), is the exception as each state has at least one (1) member vote in the US Congress. California is the largest in population with an estimated 36,500,000 people and which has 53 members in the US Congress.
Under a new system of electing the President and Vice President, based on a total majority votes system all over the United States, could lead to perhaps the smallest community in the US, by a very small amount of fraud, lead to corruption which may lead to counting and/or recounting votes in each and every precinct, in each and every county, and in each and every state, just to substantiate the official results.
Changes in eliminating the Electoral College for local corruption may not even change any local, district, and/or state elections; only the election for President and Vice President of the United States.  The States’ and the Federal Judiciary could become overwhelmed with a newer election process.  We do not need any additional legal fights throughout our entire stretched out Judicial system all over America!
The Electoral College process for electing our President and Vice President of our United States must be protected for our free Democratic Republic system of government.  History proves our electoral system is unquestionably the very best.
For all who would choose to destroy our Electoral College process of electing our US President and Vice President, “JUST SAY NO”!  Those who force their efforts to change our Electoral College should and must be replaced, themselves, by election.
Our Electoral College has worked exceptionally well for more than two hundred (200) years.  There is no need to enter into more additional voters’ corruption.  Capitol Hill representatives already have more than their own share of corruption on Capitol Hill.  Changing the Electoral College is equivalent to initiating an earthquake, a hurricane, and/or a tornado combined while Americans lose their individual voting freedoms.  We must save America and our Electoral College.
God Bless America!

I've learned....that love, not time, heals all wounds.

I've learned....that the easiest way for me to grow as a person is to surround myself with people smarter than I am.

I've learned....that everyone you meet deserves to be greeted with a smile.

I've learned....that there's nothing sweeter than sleeping with your babies and feeling their breath on your cheeks.

I've learned....that no one is perfect until you fall in love with them.

I've learned....that opportunities are never lost; someone will take the ones you miss.

I've learned....that when you harbor bitterness, happiness will dock elsewhere.

I've learned....that I wish I could have told my Mom that I love her one more time before she passed away.

I've learned....that one should keep his words both soft and tender, because tomorrow he may have to eat them.

I've learned....that a smile is an inexpensive way to improve your looks.

OBAMA STOPS WOUNDED SOLDIER FROM SPEAKING!!
Sent by Retired Vice Admiral Bob Scarborough, of Arlington , Va.

"I wanted to give you all some disturbing information on our wonderful president.
I work with the Catch-A-Dream Foundation, which provides hunting and fishing trips to children with life-threatening illnesses.
This past weekend we had our annual banquet/fundraiser event in Starkville
as a part of our program, we had scheduled Sgt. 1st Class Greg Stube to
come; he's a highly decorated U.S. Army Green Beret and inspirational
speaker who was severely injured while deployed overseas and didn't have
much of a chance for survival.
Greg is stationed at Ft. Bragg , NC and received permission from his commanding officer to come speak at our function.
Everything was on go until Obama made a policy that NO U.S. SERVICEMAN CAN SPEAK AT ANY FAITH-BASED PUBLIC EVENTS ANYMORE.
Needless to say, Greg had to cancel his speaking event with us. Didn't know if anyone else was aware of this new policy.
You're just starting to see the Obamanation.
This is just how the Nazis did it in the 1930s -- slowly, one step at a time.
This should be forwarded to everyone regardless of party affiliation!

UPDATE: Although I have found several news stories that refer back to the letter posted above on the internet I cannot find anything else that supports the information in this posting. I have also found two other sources that report this as being false, however they are well known liberal basis websites. It was a re-posting of an email I received from a creditable source. We cannot say that this story is 100% true. It seems that most likely that the soldier that was allegedly banned from speaking was because of some military conflict of interest and not from any regulation by the Obama administration. We will leave the story up for you to read the email that we received and you can use your own research and judgement to find the facts. We encourage you to post your findings in the comment section below.
