"My Comments"

Call your family members. Call your friends. Urge all of (y)our US Senators to vote "NO" on "Hate Crime" legislation!

My views are that the "Hate Crime" legislation which has already passed in the US House, and is waiting for a vote in the US Senate, is properly named by this Democrat Party majority legislation, and is designed to damage and/or destroy Judeo-Christian social values throughout America. If passed and signed into law by President Obama, it will then be illegal to promote our Christian social values as described in our Holy Bible. To openly oppose homosexuality; the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered community etc., we will become criminals under this legislation. To vote “Yes” on this “Hate Crime” legislation is an attack on Judeo-Christian social values. We must know and remember (y)our elected members on Capitol Hill who votes to oppose or support this legislation. On "Election Day", vote to defeat any and all candidates who support this heinous legislation. Is this the wicked legislation "Change" you, your family, and/or your friends voted for? May God help us all, and may God Bless America! -- oyh

SCOTUS Nominee - Sonia Sotomayor

Some Republicans in the US Senate continue to act in a matter that has gotten the GOP in political trouble across America. In the Judiciary hearings with Sonia Sotomayor as the candidate, I found it difficult to understand as to whether we were watching and listening to a Sonia Sotomayor of recorded history, or we were seeing and talking to a Sonia Sotomayor whom was seeking votes from Republican Party members of the US Senate Judiciary Committee. Sonia Sotomayor’s records versus her answers were different and very much like an automobile’s windshield wiper.

Why do Republicans Party members vote for a nominated member of SCOTUS who oppose of the legal and political issues addressed? Why do Republican Party Senators politically weaken on these most important issues? Why do our Democrat and Republican Senators fail to make the “right” votes on the issues? Why can any US Senator vote for a candidate whose opinions that reaches SCOTUS was overturned at a rate of 60%? Is it that important to vote “Yes” just because President Obama offered Sonia Sotomayor as his first nominee? When will it end?

On this issue, why do GOP Senators fail to understand why Americans say there are little differences between the Democrats and the Republicans; especially on the social issues of the day? Were the Republican Senators not listening to those who have evidence of legal discrimination, and/or other erroneous wrongful decisions by Sonia Sotomayor? Conservative Americans are calling out for Republicans whom will stand on the fiscal and social issues. Are some of these elected officials so full of self-guilt, that they fail to stand up and vote for what is "right" on (y)our social issues? Who on Capitol Hill are listening? Who takes the time to care on this important “lifetime” appointment? - oyh

"Seek the LORD while you can find Him. Call on Him now while He is near." (Isaiah 55:6)

One day a preschooler was riding his tricycle when his attention was captured by a line of ants crossing the driveway. He stopped his trike, and knelt down to peer at the busy ants. After some time, he had a terrible thought. His daddy would be coming home soon and would park right on top of the ant line!

The little boy decided to do something, so he shouted at the ants, but they paid no attention. Then he grabbed a big leaf and tried to herd them in another direction, but they just scurried around and re-formed their doomed line. After puzzling over the insolvable problem the boy eventually lost interest and wandered off to play with his toys.

Have you ever wondered what God sees when He looks down on us? There we are, billions of humans scurrying here and there, so caught up in our personal plans that we rarely look up. And if we do, how will we actually see God as He is?

Is it possible for a mere human, less than a tiny speck on a pebble of a planet in the midst of a vast galaxy, to know the great God who created everything? If so, can we really know God well enough to trust Him with the most sensitive areas of our lives?

This is why the infinite God took on human form in the person of Jesus. He reached out to us in a way that we could grasp, because He desired to be known by us. He is not an impersonal life force that cannot feel our pain. Rather, He is a personal spirit who wants an intimate relationship with us.

Now is the time to take a stand against a clear and present danger to our first amendment freedoms of speech and religion - Hate Crimes legislation. We have confirmation that a vote on Hate Crimes will happen this week, possibly even today. Senate Armed Services Chairman Carl Levin confirmed he will support an effort to attach an expansion of Hate Crimes to a defense appropriations bill. If the Senate approves the Hate Crimes amendment, President Obama will sign it into law.

Here's why it matters: If passed, this Hate Crimes law will eventually result in efforts to silence pastors like you, churches like yours, and other faith-based organizations you agree with just because we publicly but peacefully oppose homosexuality on biblical grounds.

Here's what you can do:

1. Inform your Church about this dangerous legislation: We have several free resources to help:

First, click on the link to watch a brief video message and then pass on this link to everyone on your email list: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=27eRvoPM0bk. You might also consider showing it to your church.

Second, we have two biblically based messages to choose from for use in your midweek Bible-study. Click to download: "Hate Crimes: Censoring the Church and Silencing Christians" and "Paving the Way for Persecution: What Every Christian Must Know and Do About 'Hate Crimes' Laws."

Third, there is a freshly updated Bulletin Insert that can help inform your church members. Click here to download the Bulletin Insert, print it out, copy it double-sided, cut down the middle, then distribute the half-sheet copies to your church members.

2. Urge your church members to call their Senators as soon as possible. Here are some simple steps:

Call the United States Capitol switchboard at (202) 224-3121.

Tell them the state you are from, and that you would like to talk with your Senators.

Tell the Senator's staffer that you are against expanding Hate Crimes laws to include "sexual orientation" and "gender identity" because of the threat to our Constitutional freedoms of speech and religion as Christians.

Or visit www.FRC.org and click on Contact Officials to send an e-mail, but calls and personal letters are probably more effective.

According to Christian legal experts, if hate crimes legislation is enacted, it could prove disastrous for pastors, churches, and organizations who advocate peacefully against the homosexual agenda and lifestyle. Don't believe it? Watch this video of a group of Christians who were handing out Gospel tracts during a Gay Pride Parade in Philadelphia and got arrested based on the local "hate crimes" legislation.

Forward this e-mail on to all your pastor friends. We are literally hours away from a vote. If we are going to obey the command of Jesus to be salt and light in this situation, now is the time to act!

Hate Crimes Vote Tonight / Victory in Bible Controversy

Senator Harry Reid’s Power Play to Push Hate Crimes Agenda Puts Military at Risk

Yesterday while Americans were occupied with the Senate confirmation hearings and other important matters, Senator Harry Reid personally filed two "hate crimes" amendments to the Department of Defense Authorization Bill. There could be a vote around midnight tonight.

Call Sen. Reid and your own senators right now and tell them that our men and women in the armed forces should not be put at risk of being denied funding because the controversial hate crimes amendment was attached to the military funding bill. Also tell them that they should not try to hide this bill from the American people with a late night vote. Reid's staff will try to convince you that this bill has been amended to make it acceptable. But this bill treats homosexuals better than veterans or the elderly, who are not protected in the bill. There is no victim who is more worthy of protection than any other victim.

Don't rely on emailing the senate. Your senators' staff needs to hear your voice! Call your senators today even if you called them before (find your senators HERE.) Call Reid’s Majority Leader office: 202-224-5556; Call Reid’s D.C. Senate office: 202-224-3542.

Federal Court Rules for School Policy Allowing Distribution of Secular and Religious Material

Today the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in favor of the South Iron School District and upheld the right of the district to establish an open forum for distribution of materials on school property.

The Court of Appeals reversed the District Court and held that the District’s new policy should not have been declared unconstitutional by the lower court judge. Under the district’s policy, secular and religious material can be distributed by any group, including the Gideons.

Liberty Counsel has defended the school in the case of Doe v. South Iron R-1 School District since 2006. Mat Staver presented oral argument at the Court of Appeals.

Sotomayor Confirmation Hearings

The confirmation hearings have moved into the fourth day with more questioning of Judge Sotomayor. This morning Sen. Cornyn asked what kind of Justice she would be if confirmed to the Supreme Court: The Judge Sotomayor of her speeches or the Judge Sotomayor of her Court opinions? Then he read a series of contradictions between Judge Sotomayor's speeches and her statements before the Committee.

You can follow our LIVE BLOG of the entire hearing at www.LC.org, where you can also review the highlights of the past three days. Please continue to pray that the truth will come out in these hearings.

"Chuck Sproull"

Defining "Hatred" Legislation.

By Chuck Sproull

When looking objectively at so called "hate crimes" legislation, let's first look at what "hatred" is.

Hatred is an emotion that resides in the hearts of sinners, many times due to early childhood physical and emotional abuse by unduly harsh parental treatment. Some spend the rest of their lives hatefully abusing other people, without realizing it, just to get even with their parents' for abusing them. But God's love can heal their hearts and cleanse that emotion out of the hearts of believers when they "obey the gospel." I know by experience.

When a sinner enjoys the physical and emotional pleasures of sexual immorality (outside of God's will), his conscience and record in heaven is accumulating guilt and fear of future judgment. When a preacher who loves that person's soul is willing to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ to him (or when normal people who love morality and love homosexual persons enough to resist their invasive spreading of homosexuality and encourage them to "fly straight" like a normal penguin); if that preaching or encouragement makes the homosexual feel uncomfortable and he reacts hatefully, that is because he already had those bad feelings in his own heart. And with loving encouragement he can be healed.

Regarding recent "Hate Speech" legislation - every American citizen needs protection from hatred and violence. Homosexuals need protection from hatred and bigotry by a small minority of normal people. But when normal people resist homosexual activism, no matter how good natured and caring most of us are, homosexual activists and sympathizers dishonestly site a very small percentage of violent bigotry (like the Matthew Shepard murder) and dishonestly accuse ALL of us of "hate speech" and "homophobia."

When homosexuals resist our efforts to enforce laws against their immorality, and help them become normal, their speech is always much more hateful than ours. Rom 2:1-3 explains that they are more guilty of the hatred and bigotry they accuse of. So, in actual fact, normal people are going to need protection from homosexuals' "hate speech."

Bork: Sotomayor Not 'Governed By Law'

http://video.newsmax.com/?bcpid=20972460001&bclid=22770166001&bctid=29465065001&s=al&promo_code=8378-1

Robert Bork: Sotomayor Unqualified, Isn't 'Entirely Governed by Law'
By: Jim Meyers

Legal scholar and former U.S. Supreme Court nominee Robert Bork tells Newsmax he doesn't believe court nominee Sonia Sotomayor's assertion that she is "entirely governed by law," as he believes she should be.

In an exclusive interview, he also said Sotomayor, who's going through confirmation hearings before a Senate panel, should be disqualified from consideration because of a statement she made.

And Bork stated that the Roe v. Wade decision has been the "most dangerous" the Supreme Court has ever made because it has "embittered our politics."

See Video: Judge Robert Bork discusses Sonia Sotomayor and the Senate hearings - Click Here Now http://www.newsmax.com/headlines/bork_sotomayor/2009/07/14/235469.html?s=al&promo_code=8378-1

Bork was solicitor general and was a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals before President Ronald Reagan nominated him for the Supreme Court in 1987. The Democratic Senate rejected his nomination after a contentious debate, and the seat on the bench eventually went to Anthony Kennedy.

Newsmax.TV's Ashley Martella observed that Bork's "savaging by the left" forever changed the way judges are confirmed, with politics and demographics becoming more important than competence and qualifications.

"That's entirely true," said Bork, whose latest book is "A Time to Speak — Selected Writings and Arguments."

"But the Supreme Court has only itself to blame for that. The Supreme Court made itself, starting in the 1950s, into an increasingly political institution, and once you're a political institution with that kind of power, people are going to fight to control the institution any way they can.

"In my case, I think the trigger was the fear that I might vote to overrule Roe against Wade."

Martella asked whether Sotomayor's statement that a Latina woman could make smarter decisions than a white male should have been "an immediate disqualifier."

"Yes," Bork stated, "except for the fact that, if we disqualify people for that kind of remark, we'd have to disqualify an awful lot of judges, because there is a lot of judging that takes place that is really visceral rather than intellectual."

Sotomayor also has made the controversial statement that appellate court judges make policy. Bork said: "In some sense, all judges make policy, because the fact that there's litigation means the question isn't [resolved] and the court has to settle that, which is to choose one policy rather than another.

"But the question is how you do that. If you do it by doing the best you can with the legal materials at hand, that's fine. If you do it without reference to the legal materials, without reference to the law, that is lawless."

Sotomayor ruled that New Haven, Conn., could deny firefighters promotions because they passed an exam that no African-American passed. Martella pointed out that the decision was made via summary judgment, with no trial, and asked Bork whether he thinks that was appropriate.

"No I don't," he responded.

"It really was a sign of disrespect to the litigants who were asking for justice. They should have had a full hearing and a reasoned opinion written for them, even if they lost. But they didn't get that."

What was telling about Sotomayor's decision in that case is "a preference for some minorities over the majority," he added.

"In this case, as a matter of fact, some minorities over other minorities, because there were Puerto Ricans that were denied promotions as well."

Bork called confirmation hearings such as Sotomayor's "something of a dance. The opposition asks tough questions, the nominee gives a soft and evasive answer and assures everybody that fidelity to the law is the only thing that matters.

"Then having gotten past that, when they're on the bench they go back to their prior practice of deciding politically. I don't take Sotomayor's protestations that she's entirely governed by law seriously. I think the statements she's made and the rulings she's made show that she's not governed entirely by law."

During confirmation hearings, Republicans don't mount "baseless smears" such as the one Bork was subjected to, said Martella, who asked Bork whether he thinks Republicans are "naïve in the confirmation proceedings."

"It's quite true that the Democrats are willing to engage in furious attacks, often without any basis in fact, and Republicans are not," said Bork, who is a fellow at the Hudson Institute, a conservative think tank.

"I don't know if that's a Republican virtue or Republican timidity. But I think the Republicans are either going to have to persuade the Democrats to quit that approach to confirmations, or take up the same kind of tactics themselves, which would be too bad."

Although the current Supreme Court is generally seen as fairly balanced, Bork declared that, "by and large on big social issues, it is a liberal left court. I don't think it should be. I think it is ideological rather than legal, what they're doing."

And when asked what he believes has been the "most dangerous" Court ruling, Bork answered:

"I think it's proved to be Roe against Wade. We have very bitter politics over abortion.

"I understand it's different in Europe, where the issue is not nearly as explosive or as divisive, the reason being that in Europe by and large the issue is decided by legislatures. Each side fights it out, arrives at some kind of a conclusion, a compromise, and they go home deciding they can try again next year.

"Here, by contrast, voters and political parties are just told to shut up, and that makes them furious. So Roe against Wade, whatever else its demerits are, has really embittered our politics in ways that are most unhealthy."

Guest Blogger: Congressman Todd Akin (R-MO) on Shooting Down Missile Defense

http://blog.heritage.org/2009/07/15/guest-blogger-congressman-todd-akin-r-mo-on-shooting-down-missile-defense/

Ongoing Priorities

http://blog.heritage.org/category/ongoing-priorities/, Protect America http://blog.heritage.org/category/protect-america/.

As we celebrated our nation’s birthday, North Korea launched seven missiles, and is now preparing to launch a long-range ballistic missile, just months after testing a nuclear weapon. At the same time, Iran is developing both nuclear capabilities and long range missiles, recently disguised as a “space” launch. Meanwhile in Washington, Democrats in the White House and in Congress are dramatically cutting funds from our national missile defense system. In what world does it make sense to dramatically cut funding for the only system capable of defending our nation against the threat of rogue nations with nuclear ballistic missiles?

President Obama, in his FY2010 defense budget, proposed a $1.2 billion cut to missile defense funding and halted development on our long-range interceptors in Alaska and California. When Republicans on the Armed Services Committee, led by Reps. Michael Turner and Trent Franks, tried to restore funding to missile defense, the Democrat majority voted it down along party lines. Here is a quick rundown of the amendments offered in committee during the course of our five hour debate on missile defense recently.

Rep. Michael Turner offered an amendment to continue deployment of ground-based interceptors in Alaska and California, which would cost $120 million. Turner proposed that we cover $80 million of that bill by using money that the Obama administration has requested to dismantle the North Korean nuclear complex. I think most will agree that the odds of the North Koreans allowing us to dismantle their nuclear program in the near future is extremely slim. I believe that using that money to continue building a system that can actually intercept North Korean or Iranian missiles is much better than putting that money into an account that will not be used. The Democrat majority on the committee defeated this amendment 35-27.

Rep. Trent Franks offered an amendment to restore the $1.2 billion cut from missile defense by President Obama. The Democrats argued that this cut was reasonable, but in the face of Iranian and North Korean activities, any significant cut to missile defense funding seems foolish. In the last two months, we have seen Iran test its long-range missile capabilities (under the guise of a space launch) and North Korea test a nuclear weapon and launch (unsuccessfully) a long-range Taepo-Dong II missile. The North Koreans now appear to be preparing to launch yet another Taepo-Dong II. In the face of all of these activities, the Democrat majority on the Armed Services Committee voted down the Franks amendment to restore missile defense funding by a vote of 36-26. This amendment was then voted on by the full House of Representatives and again defeated along largely party lines.

There were a number of other amendments related to missile defense that we discussed, including Republican efforts to fund the European Site and the Airborne Laser, but they were all shot down by the Democrats. For the sake of our nation’s security, we should be focused on shooting down enemy missiles, not on shooting down our own missile defense system. As North Korea and Iran push forward, every member of the House of Representatives has taken a stand on missile defense. Unfortunately, it seems that the position of the Democratic majority is clear: shoot down missile defense.

COMMUNIST CZAR?????

Is President Obama turning America into a White House controlled government, appointing more than 30 "Czars" without any confirmation for "checks and balances"? Never before, has a White House been so expanded. America must awaken as to what is so silently happening and your "mainstream" media is not alarming, enlightening, and/or even informing you. - oyh

Radical Islam
"There may be moderate Muslims but there is no moderate Islam." ~ Robert Spencer

-Obama appointed Communist "Green Jobs Czar" Van Jones, unreported by the media. Added to extensive list of "czars"

So...apparently Obama has quietly appointed a Communist to a government position. The position of "Green Jobs Czar" is now held by admitted Communist Van Jones. Yes, this is news to us too. The media has more important things to concentrate on, like Michael Jackson.

From East Bay Express:

Jones had planned to move to Washington, DC, and had already landed a job and an apartment there. But in jail, he said, “I met all these young radical people of color — I mean really radical, communists and anarchists. And it was, like, ‘This is what I need to be a part of.’” Although he already had a plane ticket, he decided to stay in San Francisco. “I spent the next ten years of my life working with a lot of those people I met in jail, trying to be a revolutionary.” In the months that followed, he let go of any lingering thoughts that he might fit in with the status quo. “I was a rowdy nationalist on April 28th, and then the verdicts came down on April 29th,” he said. “By August, I was a communist.”

Maybe it is time that the American people, Congress, and the Judicial branch stood up and demanded an explanation and accountability for this unconstitutional position creating of "czar" on the part of the Obama administration. We as the American people have no idea what these people even do or how much power they have. They answer ONLY to President Obama.
The definition of a Czar in Merriam Webster’s dictionary is the following: “One having great power and authority.”

Here is a list of Obama’s current and prospective Czar positions:

1. Technology Czar: Aneesh Chopra.
2. Drug Czar: Gil Kerlikowske
3. Copyright Czar: Not appointed yet.
4. Energy Czar: Carol M. Browner
5. Car Czar: Ed Montgomery.
6. Terrorism/WMD Czar: Gary Samore.
7. Health Care Czar: Nancy-Ann DeParle.
8. Education Czar: Not appointed yet.
9. Economic Czar: Paul Volcker.
10. Mortgage Czar: Not appointed yet.
11. Urban Affairs/Housing Czar: Adolfo Carrion.
12. Guantanomo closure Czar: Danny Fried.
13. Great lakes Czar: Cameron Davis.
14. Stimulus accountability Czar: Earl Devaney.
15. Cyberspace Czar: Not appointed yet.
16. Border Czar: Alan Bersin (Former US attorney).
17. Intelligence Czar: Admiral Dennis Blair.
18. Regulatory Czar: Cass Sunstein.
19. Pay Czar: Kenneth Feinberg
20. Iran Czar: Not appointed yet.
21. Tarp Czar: Herb Allison.
22. Middle-East peace Czar: George Mitchell.
23. Science Czar: John Holdren.
24. Green jobs Czar: Van Jones.
25. Afghanistan Czar: Richard Holbrooke.
26. Sudan Czar: J. Scott Gration.
27. Mideast policy Czar: Dennis Ross.
28. Information Czar: Vivek Kundra.
29. AIDS Czar: Jeffrey Crowley.
30. Faith-based Czar: Joshua Dubois.
31. Climate Czar: Todd Stern.

Obviously, many more czars have been added since the picture below, but you get the idea. There really is nothing like shredding the Constitution and completely bypassing the American people and Congress.

Obama's healthcare: You can keep the change!

http://www.pleasantonweekly.com/square/index.php?i=3&d=1&t=2331

The actress Natasha Richardson died after falling skiing in Canada . It took eight hours to drive her to a hospital. If Canada had our healthcare she might be alive today. We now have helicopters that would have gotten her to the hospital in 30 minutes.

Obama wants to have our healthcare like Canada's and England's.

In England anyone over 59 cannot receive heart repairs or stents or bypass because it is not covered as being too expensive and not needed.

Looks like Obama is sure keeping his word ****CHANGES. We better have our funerals paid up, may be needing it sooner rather than later with no doctors on our side to keep us healthy. What will this world be like in another 20 YEARS WHEN OUR KIDS ARE READY FOR RETIREMENT?

SAD!!!

Most of you know by now that the Senate version (at least) of the "stimulus" bill includes provisions for extensive rationing of health care for senior citizens.. The author of this part of the bill, former senator and tax evader, Tom Daschle was credited recently by Bloomberg with the following statement.

Bloomberg: Daschle says "health-care reform will not be pain free. Seniors should be more accepting of the conditions that come with age instead of treating them."

If this does not sufficiently raise your ire, just remember that Senators and Congressmen have their own healthcare plan that is first dollar or very low co-pay which they are guaranteed the remainder of their lives and are not subject to this new law if it passes.

We have an election coming up in one year and nine months. We have the ability to address and reverse the dangerous direction the Obama administration and its’ allies have begun and in the interim, we can make their lives miserable.

Grandma's Hands

5 Generations - Grandma's Hand - Mom's Hand - My Sister's Hand - My Niece's Hand & My Great Niece

Grandma, some ninety-plus years, sat feebly on the patio bench. She didn't move, just sat with her head down staring at her hands.

When I sat down beside her she didn't acknowledge my presence and the longer I sat I wondered if she was OK.

Finally, not really wanting to disturb her but wanting to check on her at the same time, I asked her if she was OK. She raised her head and looked at me and smiled.

“Yes, I'm fine, thank you for asking,” she said in a clear strong voice.

“I didn't mean to disturb you, Grandma, but you were just sitting here staring at your hands and I wanted to make sure you were OK,” I explained to her.

“Have you ever looked at your hands,” she asked. “I mean really looked at your hands?”

I slowly opened my hands and stared down at them. I turned them over, palms up and then palms down. No, I guess I had never really looked at my hands as I tried to figure out the point she was making.

Grandma smiled and related this story:

Stop and think for a moment about the hands you have, how they have served you well throughout your years. These hands, though wrinkled shriveled and weak have been the tools I have used all my life to reach out and grab and embrace life.

They braced and caught my fall when as a toddler I crashed upon the floor.

They put food in my mouth and clothes on my back. As a child, my mother taught me to fold them in prayer. They tied my shoes and pulled on my boots. They held my husband and wiped my tears when he went off to war.

They have been dirty, scraped and raw, swollen and bent. They were uneasy and clumsy when I tried to hold my newborn son. Decorated with my wedding band they showed the world that I was married and loved someone special.

They wrote my letters to him and trembled and shook when I buried my parents and spouse. They have held my children and grandchildren, consoled neighbors, and shook in fists of anger when I didn't understand.

They have covered my face, combed my hair, and washed and cleansed the rest of my body. They have been sticky and wet, bent and broken, dried and raw. And to this day when not much of anything else of me works real well these hands hold me up, lay me down, and again continue to fold in prayer.

These hands are the mark of where I've been and the ruggedness of life.

But more importantly it will be these hands that God will reach out and take when he leads me home. And with my hands He will lift me to His side and there I will use these hands to touch the face of God.

I will never look at my hands the same again. But I remember God reached out and took my grandma's hands and led her home.

When my hands are hurt or sore or when I stroke the face of my children and husband I think of grandma. I know she has been stroked and caressed and held by the hands of God.

I, too, want to touch the face of God and feel His hands upon my face.

POLK COUNTY FLORIDA SHERIFF GRADY JUDD

An illegal alien in Polk County Florida who got pulled over in a routine traffic stop ended up 'executing' the deputy who stopped him.

The deputy was shot eight times, including once behind his right ear at close range. Another deputy was wounded and a police dog killed. A state wide manhunt ensued.

The murderer was found hiding in a wooded area with his gun. After he shot at them, SWAT team officers open fired and hit the guy 68 times.

Naturally, the liberal media went nuts and asked why they shot the poor undocumented immigrant 68 times.

Sheriff Grady Judd told the Orlando Sentinel:

Talk about an all-time classic answer. 'Because that's all the bullets we had.
