SCOTUS legalizes “lying” as a “Freedom of Speech”

Politically speaking, Chief Justice John Roberts just proved he may be a “left-wing” Liberal.  In addition for Chief Justice John Roberts joining the four left-wing Liberal Democrats on SCOTUS, he today joined these same four “left-wing” Liberal Democrats and Justice Kennedy to “legalize” lying as a First Amendment, “Freedom of Speech”.

How low can SCOTUS go?  Lying now is a First Amendment “right” under “Freedom of Speech”?

Who is/are the individual(s) who recommended Chief Justice John Roberts to President George W. Bush for SCOTUS?

Is Chief Justice John Roberts the “political traitor” who is leading and/or preventing SCOTUS from investigating President Obama’s qualification as a “natural born citizen”?

While this SCOTUS decision was based on Stolen Valor Act, a federal law that made it illegal to lie about military honors, when SCOTUS legalizes lying on and against our “hero” veterans, Lying will become legal for all issues.

Jerusalem hospital shows off vaccine that destroys cancer in 2 shots.

Early human test results suggest a vaccine can train cancer patients' bodies to seek out and destroy tumour cells.

The therapy, which targets a molecule found in 90 per cent of cancers, eventually could provide an injection that would allow patients' immune systems to fight off common cancers including breast and prostate cancer.

The first results of trials in people, at the Hadassah Medical Centre in Jerusalem, suggest the vaccine can reduce levels of disease. The human work is so preliminary it has yet to be published in a scientific journal.

The scientists behind the vaccine hope to conduct more extensive trials to prove it can be effective
against a range of cancers. They believe it could be used to fight small tumours if they are detected early or to help prevent the return and spread of disease in patients who have undergone conventional treatment.

In the safety trial at Hadassah, 10 patients with multiple myeloma, a blood cancer, received the vaccine. Seven have finished the treatment and the developer, drug company Vaxil Biotherapeutics, reported all had greater immunity against cancer cells compared with before they were given the vaccine. Vaxil added that three patients were free of detectable cancer following the treatment.

Cancer cells usually evade a patient's immune system because they are not recognized as a threat. While the immune system usually attacks foreign cells such as bacteria, tumours are formed of the patient's own cells that have malfunctioned.

Scientists have discovered that a molecule called MUC1, which is found on the surface of cancer cells, can be used to help the immune sys-tem detect tumours. The new vaccine, ImMucin, developed by Vaxil and researchers at Tel Aviv University, uses a section of the molecule to prime the immune system so it can identify and thus destroy cancer cells.
Vaxil suggested that if large-scale trials prove as successful, the vaccine could be available within six years. Initial research on the vaccine, in mice, was published in the journal Vaccine, and suggested the treatment induced "potent" immunity in mice and increased their survival from cancer.
Cancer charities gave the vaccine a cautious welcome. Dr. Kat Arney, at Cancer Research UK, said: "These are very early results that are yet to be fully published, so there's a lot more work to be done to prove that this particular vaccine is safe and effective in cancer patients."

ObamaCare will further damage our economy

In addition to ObamaCare and Capitol Hill Democrats “cramming down our throats” an unwanted Socialistic government program, cost estimates to employers for ObamaCare is to cost approximately $2.00/Hr.

An added $2.00/Hr. for employers of manufacturing and-or service cost “will force” more businesses “out of a competitive marketplace”.

Additionally, Capitol Hill Democrats are pursuing to increase minimum wages to $10.00/hr.  That too “will force” more businesses “out of a competitive marketplace”.

All businesses need relief, not added baggage.

Furious about ‘Fast and Furious’

Posted by

The Right is all abuzz and rightfully outraged about what should be considered President Obama’s Watergate moment. Obama’s attempt at a complicated gun control gimmick and propaganda effort blew up in his face and has unleashed a myriad of unforeseen consequences.

The recent claim by the administration of ‘Executive Privilege’ to stonewall congressional inquiries into this momentous disaster that unfolded under the supervision of his own Attorney General. A great many writers are weighing into the fight with fists flying. Below are just a couple of examples of the righteous outrage and justified indignation being expressed all over the net.

“Let’s tell it like it is; the purpose of Fast and Furious, the true purpose, was to spread American-sold guns amongst criminals and narco-terrorists in hopes that many crimes would be committed with them, and the serial numbers would trace to American gun stores– and then the left could argue more strongly in favor of gun control.” ~ David Perkins

country4thepeople.blogspot.com

“Fast and Furious has led to the deaths of hundreds. Two US government employees, one a border patriol agent, another a state department agent, have been killed by the weapons. Over 200 mexican citizen deaths have been tied to the weapons, but in a country where 50,000 have died in the drug wars over the last 3-4 years, you can bet that number is probably much higher. If you or I illegally sold a gun to someone who we knew was a criminal, and then that person used that gun to kill, we would be charged as accomplices and accessories in the crime. Felony charges. Eric Holder and his staff are guilty of this type of crime IMHO…and it is appearing more and more like Obama was informed and perhaps approved making him equally culpable. This type of reveleation is what they are so desperately trying to hide. For these crimes…and others too numerous to list here, they both deserve to be in prison.” – Jeff Head

The Biblical Foundation of Our Constitution.

A “must reading” Historical study of the USA! - Oscar Y. Harward

By Publius Huldah.

The English Puritans who came here in the 1630s knew that the Old Testament has a great deal to say about civil government. And they came to build that shining city on a hill.

They did not come here to escape from the World, to wait for the end of the World, and to surrender it to evil.

President Obama presents limited American jobs to “illegal Immigrants”

By  Oscar Y. Harward

President Obama is granting “illegal Immigrants” to seize the limited jobs available in an even deepening recession.

In spite of his irrational decision, President Obama is now facing a 2012 college and university “graduating class” who voted for his 2008 Presidential Election; now finding a shrinking and/or disappearing job market under President Obama’s “failing economic policies”.

This season, as many high school and college graduates are seeking employment to start their adult life, their efforts for “jobs are coming up empty”.

Other students are seeking employment to save some of their summer income for a continued education and to pay for their college tuition in the fall.

Millions of “more adult Americans are out of work” and pleading for jobs to “save their homes” and “hold their families together”.

How “foolish” is President Obama to grant our limited jobs to “illegal Immigrants” over American citizens!

President Obama’s “economic policies” are equal to “bad checks”!

By Oscar Y. Harward
President Obama’s versions on his “job creations” in our worsening economy under his “radical” policies are comparable to an individual who is receiving notifications of “bad checks” but fails to understand.

As President Obama describes his economy, he articulates the “new Jobs” in his administration; however, he fails to report all the “declining and/or disappearing jobs” due to his “left-wing” political and fiscal policies.

Obama’s economic policies are identical to an individual who would report all the “cash deposits” in  a report, but fails to report all of his/her “withdrawals” and/or “overdrafts”.

President Obama, Department of (In)Justice, and Senate Democrats’ structured inquiries

By Oscar Y. Harward

Do you remember the report of the “fox guarding the henhouse”?

Democrat Senate Judiciary members seem in “full spin and support” of President Obama’s White House “highly classified” National Security “leaks” and AG Eric Holder’s appointed prosecutor investigators under Holder’s own jurisdiction.

Republican Senators are calling for a “Special Counsel” outside Holder’s Jurisdiction rather than appointed prosecutors from Eric Holder’s jurisdiction.

The entire “intelligence community” of the USA; National Security, Central Intelligence, and the Department of Defense and State are all at stake.

To date, there have been five separate major leaks of highly classified national security information.

1) the recent disclosure of the methods, sources, and techniques of the nation's cyberwarfare capabilities and secret attack on Iranian nuclear facilities;

2) our procedures for attacking Muslim militants and terrorists with drones;

3) the existence of a CIA double agent embedded inside of al-Qaida;

4) the means and techniques with which we spy on Iranian nuclear facilities; and

5) last but hardly least, our war plans and scenarios should the United States be drawn into a unilateral Israeli attack on Iranian nuclear sites.

Eric Holder’s “professional integrity” has already been severely damaged with hard evidence that the Department of (In)Justice was actively involved in the "Fast and Furious" scandal that led to the death of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and allowed thousands of other weapons fall into the hands of murderous Mexican drug cartels.

Yes, it appears President Obama, Eric Holder, and Democrat Senate Judiciary members appear to be “pretending” the “fox guarding the henhouse”.

Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and thousands of others who have died with US Department of (In)Justice weapons in the hands of murderous Mexican drug cartels deserve “justice”.

Morning Bell: A Historic Win for Reform in Wisconsin

In the early 1990’s, I was presented a local Union County, NC government “employment contract”.  Upon a study, I related to my friend that it appeared the referenced “employment contract” seemed to have all the proposed higher wages and other benefits of General Motors’ United Auto Workers (UAW) Labor Unions.
Labor Unions have now had their day in demands of higher pay and other benefits.  Today, these Labor Unions have destroyed our “manufacturing” base as many have been forced to relocate or close their businesses as the Labor Union demands have forced the businesses costs so high as they are unable to compete in the marketplace.
To restore America’s “manufacturing” base and become competitive in the marketplace, workers are going to be forced to work for less on wages and benefits. - Oscar Y. Harward

The state of Wisconsin has once again lived up to its billing as a Midwestern incubator of Big Ideas. In yesterday’s case, when voters resoundingly defeated a liberal effort to recall Governor Scott Walker (R), the Big Idea was that reformers who come armed with the strength of their convictions can carry the day–even against mobs, labor unions, Hollywood, the media, academia and everything else the left throws up these days. All reformers need to do is lead.

In Walker’s case, his weapon in the fight against out-of-control government was a promise to the voters of Wisconsin that, were he entrusted with their vote, he would bring sweeping reforms to state government. One year ago, Governor Walker fulfilled that promise, and last night the voters rewarded him for his leadership by resoundingly rejecting an effort to remove him from power.

It was a historic recall election that focused nationwide attention on what has become an existential threat to state governments — the problem of public-sector employee pensions and benefits running states into the red. Walker unabashedly confronted that threat without straddling a fence or tiptoeing around Big Labor’s Maginot Line. Facing a $3.6 billion deficit and the fourth highest tax burden in the country, Walker instituted policies designed to bring some sanity to state government. Those reforms included asking public sector workers to contribute a modest 5.8 percent of their salaries to their pensions and at least 12.6 percent of their health-care premiums while also limiting the collective bargaining power of public sector unions. (Even that is a small amount, as Heritage’s Jason Richwine shows in a new paper examining the true costs of public pensions.)

Those moderate policies sent labor unions and their allies into full-on crisis mode. Tens of thousands of protesters stormed Wisconsin’s capitol last spring, Democratic state senators fled the state in hopes of blocking a vote on the measures, and lawsuits were filed to block the law from taking effect.

Ultimately, Walker’s reforms were upheld, yet a massive effort to recall the governor was undertaken.

In short order, a massive campaign to unseat Walker was launched. Unions poured millions of dollars into the race to attack the governor, President Barack Obama weighed in on the eve of the election (albeit timidly, with a Tweet) and endorsed Walker’s opponent, and grassroots armies descended on the state to turn out the vote. Yesterday, the voters of Wisconsin had an opportunity to examine the governor’s reforms and render a verdict on whether they approved of the direction he has taken their state.

One of Governor Walker’s reforms included giving government workers the option to choose whether they wanted to pay union dues. When given the option, tens of thousands of members chose to leave the union. And according to exit polls, a third of union households backed Walker. But union leadership remains out of touch with the fiscal crisis Wisconsin, and our nation, faces. Yet as the people of Wisconsin know, Walker’s reforms have helped Wisconsin turn the corner. Since Walker took office, the state unemployment rate has fallen from 7.7 percent to 6.8 percent— well below the national average of 8.2 percent. And last year, Wisconsin employers actually created 23,000 jobs. In other words, Wisconsin’s economy is growing all while the rest of the country faces very troubled economic time.

Walker’s victory will send shockwaves across the country. Last year, the governor took a strong stand for the proposition that public sector unions should not negotiate their taxpayer-funded benefits with politicians they helped elect using mandatory dues. And he also stood for reforms that curbed spending and got his state’s budget under control — without raising taxes. Despite facing a recall election, Walker was ultimately rewarded for a job well done.

There have only been three gubernatorial recall elections in U.S. history, and Walker was the first one to survive the challenge. As Louisana Governor Bobby Jindal said last night on Fox News, “What Scott Walker has proved tonight is that good policy makes great politics.”

Why I Do Not Like The Obamas

Why I Do Not Like The Obamas
The other evening on my twitter, a person asked me why I didn’t like the Obama’s? Specifically I was asked: “I have to ask, why do you hate the Obama’s? It seems personal not policy related. You even dissed their Christmas family pic.” The truth is I do not like the Obamas, what they represent, their ideology, and I certainly do not like his policies and legislation.

I’ve made no secret of my contempt for the Obamas. As I responded to the person who asked me the aforementioned question, I don’t like them because they are committed to the fundamental change of my/our country into what can only be regarded as a Communist state.

I don’t hate them per definition, but I condemn them because they are the worst kind of racialists, they are elitist Leninists with contempt for traditional America. They display disrespect for the sanctity of the office he holds, and for those who are willing to admit same Michelle Obama’s raw contempt for white America is transpicuous.

I don’t like them because they comport themselves as emperor and empress. I expect, no I demand respect for the Office of President and a love of our country and her citizenry from the leader entrusted with the governance of same. President and Mrs. Reagan displayed an unparalleled love for the country and her people. The Reagans made Americans feel good about themselves and about what we could accomplish. Could you envision President Reagan instructing his Justice Department to act like jack-booted thugs?

Presidents are politicians and all politicians are known and pretty much expected to manipulate the truth, if not outright lie, but even using that low standard, the Obama’s have taken lies, dishonesty, deceit, mendacity, subterfuge and obfuscation to new depths. They are verbally abusive to the citizenry and they display an animus for civility.

I do not like them, because they both display bigotry overtly, as in the case of Harvard Professor Louis Gates, when he accused the Cambridge Police of acting stupidly, and her code speak pursuant to now being able too be proud of America. I view that statement and that mindset as an insult to those who died to provide a country where a Kenyan, his illegal alien relatives, and his alleged progeny, could come and not only live freely, but rise to the highest, most powerful, position in the world. Michelle Obama is free to hate and disparage whites, because Americans of every description paid with their blood to ensure her right to do same.

I have a saying, that “the only reason a person hides things, is because they have something to hide.” No president in history has spent over a million dollars to keep his records and his past sealed. And what the two of them have shared has been proved to be lies. He lied about when and how they met, he lied about his mother’s death and problems with insurance, Michelle lied to a crowd pursuant to nearly $500,000 bank stocks they inherited from his family. He has lied about his father’s military service, about the civil rights movement, ad nauseum.
He lied to the world about the Supreme Court in a State of the Union address. He berated and publicly insulted a sitting Congressman. He has surrounded himself with the most rabidly, radical, socialist academicians today. He has fought for abortion procedures and opposed rulings that protected women and children, that even Planned Parenthood did not seek to support. He is openly hostile to business and aggressively hostile to Israel.

His wife treats being the First Lady, as her personal American Express Black Card (arguably the most prestigious credit card in the world). I condemn them because, as people are suffering, losing their homes, their jobs, their retirements, he and his family are arrogantly showing off their life of entitlement – as he goes about creating and fomenting class warfare.

I don’t like them, and I neither apologize nor retreat from my public condemnation of them and of his policies. We should condemn them for the disrespect they show our people, for his willful and unconstitutional actions pursuant to obeying the Constitutional parameters he is bound by, and his willful disregard for Congressional authority.

Dislike for them has nothing to do with the color of their skin, it has everything to do with their behavior, attitudes, and policies. And I have open scorn for their playing the race.

It is my intention to do all within my ability to ensure their reign is one term. I could go on, but let me conclude with this. I condemn in the strongest possible terms the media for refusing to investigate them as they did President Bush and President Clinton, and for refusing to label them for what they truly are. There is no scenario known to man, whereby a white president and his wife could ignore laws, flaunt their position, and lord over the people as these two are permitted out of fear for their color.

As I wrote in a syndicated column titled “Nero In The White House” – “Never in my life, inside or outside of politics, have I witnessed such dishonesty in a political leader. He is the most mendacious political figure I have ever witnessed. Even by the low standards of his presidential predecessors, his narcissistic, contumacious arrogance is unequalled. Using Obama as the bar, Nero would have to be elevated to sainthood…Many in America wanted to be proud when the first person of color was elected president, but instead, they have been witness to a congenital liar, a woman who has been ashamed of America her entire life, failed policies, intimidation and a commonality hitherto not witnessed in political leaders. He and his wife view their life at our expense as an entitlement – while America’s people go homeless, hungry and unemployed.” (WND.com; 8/8/11)

Oh, and as for it being personal, you tell me how you would feel if a senator from Illinois sent you a personally signed card, intended to intimidate you and your family. Because you had written a syndicated column titled “Darth Democrat” that was critical of him. (WND.com 11/16/04)
