“Amnesty” promotes criminal activity

If and when an “illegal immigrant” comes to America and “robs a bank” for $25 million without being caught, but had some young children who are now grown and are using this stolen money, should the children be allowed to keep their money?  Think about it; we imaginably just solved a “felonious” crime by an “illegal immigrant”!

The same issues applies to “illegal immigrants” who come to America, rob or purchase a stolen Social Security number, a Driver’s License, or other fraudulent Identifications to operate in the USA.  When “illegal immigrants” purchase a stolen Social Security number, a Driver’s License, or other fraudulent Identifications, they commit a "felonious” crime.

The “illegal immigrant(s)” had some young children who are now grown.  Should the children be allowed to keep their money?   Should the children be allowed to remain in the USA?  Remember, they had nothing to do with the “illegal immigration” or the “bank robbery”!

The appropriate answer is that Immigration and the courts should confiscate the money, prosecute the “illegal immigrant(s)”, and upon conviction, put him/her in prison; then deport the “illegal” children to their native countries.

One of the major problems in the USA is that America is becoming an “out-of-control, lawless society”.  Many elected and appointed American officials “exercise” federal and state laws at their own will and are getting away with their own “criminal” activity.

America has a wonderful and near picture-perfect organized legal system for “legal immigration” from world emigrants, but the system is being ignored by American out-of-control, lawless elected and appointed officials, who are willing to freely provide “amnesty” to “illegal immigrants”, outside the laws.

America has established federal and state laws related to prevent “illegal immigration”; however, many of these American out-of-control, lawless elected and appointed officials have decided to totally repudiate our US Code and comparable States’ General Statues in order to do as they well please.

For our USA to survive, all American elected and appointed officials must recognize and obey our Constitution, US Code, and our States’ General Statutes and stop governing outside these associated laws.

Amnesty, by President Obama and/or anyone else is shifting our nation “amiss”.
