Left-wing activists must be held responsible for criminally led activities
By Oscar Y. Harward
Did 2 New York City police officers die on December 20, 2014
due to the criminally led leaders of public officials? Should tax-evading Al Sharpton be indicted
for encouraging a crime as they walk the streets chanting out: "What do we
want? Dead cops! When do we want it? Now!" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z_qkvXLuGsc
Should Democrat Party’s President Obama, Attorney General
Eric Holder, Obama’s leading tax-evading Al Sharpton, and others like New York
Mayor Bill de Blasio and Republican Party Sen. Rand Paul’s unprofessional
remarks be held responsible for encouraging the killing of 2 New Your City police officers?
President Obama, Attorney General Eric Holder, and Obama’s
leading tax-evading Al Sharpton encourage criminal activity to protest, riot,
vandalize, loot, and burn their communities.
Al Sharpton leads protestors in New York City as they shouted to what
they want was “Dead Cops”.
President Obama and his Attorney General Eric Holder should
be leading the way to prosecute and ascertain convictions to all leaders organizing
criminal activity. Left-wing activists,
led by the White House, are destroying our nation; using the First Amendment, ‘Freedom
of Speech’ as their ‘Right’.
Sen. Rand Paul has gotten onboard with some leftists as he expresses
his desires to put more restrictions onto our Police officers whom face their
own deaths daily. http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2014/08/14/rand-paul-police-militarization-makes-americans-esp-blacks-feel-gov-t-is-targeting-them/
Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) says (y)our police officers are too
busy militarizing their police departments.
While Sen. Rand Paul is attempting to attract more
minorities into his political camp while he campaigns in an effort to become a
GOP candidate for President of the United States, he is criticizing our police
officers and their police departments.
On this issue, it is time for Sen. Rand Paul to fold his
campaign tent and become more interested in protecting our US Military, our
federal, state, and local law enforcement organization before he assists Al
Sharpton’s left-wing criminals who continue to protest, riot, vandalize, loot,
and burn others properties.
To
stop the criminal activity, everyone involved, including our political leaders,
must be held accountable.

Sen. Mark Kirk (R-Ill) does not support GOP Platform on freedoms and values
By
Oscar Y. Harward
Supporting
our Second Amendment is critical to our Constitution; as are many other
Constitutional votes.
Sen.
Mark Kirk (R-Ill) is not a Conservative.
He, and several other Capitol Hill Republicans, are certified
RINOs. Sen. Kirk, on a regular basis,
votes with the Democrat Party on ‘DIVISIVE’ issues. It is for these reasons GOP legislators, on
Capitol Hill; have so much discord on critical votes.
Why do
the RNC and/or the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) provide
millions of Republican Party dollars for RINO candidates’ (re)election who more
often votes with the Democrat Party on ‘DIVISIVE’ issues?
One
of the largest stumbling blocks within the Capitol Hill GOP leadership is for
candidates to ascertain GOP money, all that matters is for the candidate(s) to
have a ‘R’ in front of their name; no questions ever asked for their stands on
the issues and/or values. With multiple
GOP legislative votes switching to the Democrat Party, many Americans see the
GOP without uniformity on judicious freedom and value votes.
GOP
candidates for (re)election should be required to support 80% of the Republican
Party Platform on all ‘DIVISIVE’ issues, not on the so-called easy issues votes
or for the beauty of it.
As
Senator Kirk
supports multiple gun-control nominees with other scorns outside our GOP
Platform, GOP donors must get involved to stop providing GOP legislators with GOP
money for Democrat Party votes on Capitol Hill.

After historical election defeats, Democrats may destroy America
By
Oscar Y. Harward
After
massive loses in the November General Elections, the Democrat Party is searching;
anything to stop their hemorrhaging.
Ferguson,
Missouri’s Michael Brown was a criminal.
President Obama, AG Holder, Missouri Governor Nixon, Al Sharpton, and
other Democrat Party members are labeling racism as any differing action(s) between
individuals involving any dissimilar skin of color.
Evidence
reveals Michael Brown as a repetitive criminal.
Ferguson’s own community and others protested Brown’s death by rioting,
vandalizing, looting, and burning their neighborhood. Now, President Obama is asking Americans’
taxpayers to rebuild this devastated area.
Eric
Garner refused to obey NYPD officers. In
controlling Garner, he told the officers he could not breathe; then died. A NY grand jury didn’t indict Officer
Pantaleo of
any wrongdoing. Many leading Democrats disagree.
Any
effort to rescind the ‘grand jury’ process is another effort to destroy our US Constitution.
Demonstrators
across America under Obama’s advisor, tax-evading Al Sharpton and others claim
Michael Brown’s and Eric Garner’s deaths are racism.
Now,
Senate California’s Democrat Sen. Dianne Feinstein is revealing how CIA uses approved
tactical methods obtaining evidence from captured known terrorists; as
practiced in their efforts to save Americans’ lives.
The
Democrat Party suffered historical loses in the November 2014 General Election;
the Senate, the House, several Governors, and in some states’ General
Assemblies. Sen. Dianne Feinstein and other
similar Democrat Party’s activities may destroy their own Democrat Party, the CIA’s
international intelligence, and a free America.

Will GOP Leaders repudiate the voters’ November 2014 messages
Will GOP Leaders repudiate the voters’ November 2014 messages
By
Oscar Y. Harward
When
will Capitol Hill Republican Party’s leaders see and/or hear the November 2014 election
messages. The first message in the 2014 election season and ignored by the GOP
leadership was the defeat by Virginian Republicans to retire one of the top GOP
leaders on Capitol Hill.
A
few other wins with Conservative TEA Party Republican Party defeats followed;
however, many other mainstream Republicans may have been defeated and Conservative
TEA Party Republican Party candidates elected had Minority Leader Mitch
McConnell and Speaker John Boehner stayed out of the local GOP ‘Primary’
Elections with their own Political Action Committee (PAC) money.
Local
Republicans must be allowed to make their own preference selections in
‘primaries’. Capitol Hill leaders may
endorse their choices; however, national leaders should not, otherwise, get
involved unless there is a reason involving a candidate embarrassment.
Conservative
TEA Party Republican candidates were in full support of ‘repeal ObamaCare, get
government out of our lives allowing entrepreneurs to create jobs in the private
sector, stop-the-spending, and stop illegal immigration’; issues all supported
by a majority of Republicans and Conservative TEA party Republican candidates.
Prior
to the November Election, President Obama said, "I am not on the ballot
this fall…. But make no mistake: these policies are on the ballot, every single
one of them."
GOP
‘wins’ in the November General Elections results were based more on ‘defeating’
President Obama, his political policies, and his out-of-the-stream radicalism
rather than based on Capitol Hill mainstream Republicans leadership proposals.
Will
Republicans’ leadership listen now or
will they take their own course? The
true message in the General Election is clear; ‘Repeal ObamaCare, get
governments out of our lives allowing entrepreneurs to create jobs in the
private sector, stop-the-spending, and stop illegal immigration’; issues all supported
by a
majority of Republicans and Conservative TEA party Republican candidates.

Speaker Boehner is not a Conservative
By
Oscar Y. Harward
How
about introducing legislation as our Honorable Senator Jesse Helms and a few
others in the past followed to reduce and/or eliminate laws as reducing our
National debt. Liberal Democrats
nicknamed Sen. Helms as ‘Senator No’ because of his effort to
stop-the-spending.
A
major problem with our elected officials on Capitol Hill and across America is
for efforts to originate and support more legislations so as they may return
home and announce their legislation; regardless of the cost to the American
taxpayers and/or adding more deficit spending.
Legislators wish to have programs, buildings, highways, etc. approved
and named after them; all costing the taxpayers’ money.
While
listening to Capitol Hill hearings on ‘Immigration’ and other political
conversations outside of official hearings, it is nauseating and infuriating as
to how we see and hear Capitol Hill Democrats, Republicans In Name Only (RINO)
Republicans, and our Capitol Hill GOP leadership remaining silent on supporting
‘illegal’ immigration regardless of the messages of the November 2014 General
Elections.
Democrats
support the continuation of ‘illegal’ immigration while RINO Republicans and
our Capitol Hill GOP leadership appears their desire to change our
‘immigration’ laws, only to allow more immigration leading to Amnesty.
Remember
the Gang of Eight! http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Government/2013/09/03/Border-Patrol-Agents-Don-t-Pass-Gang-of-Eight-Immigration-Bill
More
than 50% of ‘illegal’ immigrants are currently living off a bloating government
on taxpayers’ money for food, housing, education, and healthcare, etc.
Most
Democrats praise President Obama, AG Eric Holder, and others in the Obama While
House. Earlier, several RINO
Republicans, and specifically 2016 Presidential candidates, supported ‘Illegal’
immigration; however, most have softly reversed their previous political
positions on ‘illegal’ immigration as the political polls have proven in the
November Elections all across America prove how a majority of Americans
‘OPPOSE’ illegal immigration.

Tax-cheater Al Sharpton; President Obama’s new ISIS community organizer
November 25, 2014
By
Oscar Y. Harward
Americans
are awakening to sadness and anger this morning. St. Louis County, MO Grand Jury failed to
Indict Jefferson, MO police officer Darren Wilson in the death of Michael
Brown.
The rioting,
vandalizing, looting, and burning that started in August and continued into the
night of November
24 is not about racism, but all about terrorism and criminality.
Tax-cheater
Al Sharpton, and it appears supported by Obama’s Department of Injustice, Eric
Holder, originated and instigates terror and criminality.
Yes,
it now appears President Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder may be
depending on tax-cheater Al Sharpton as a new community organizer with ISIS
supported terrorism as we see in the Middle East and North Africa, then
transferred into the USA.
President
Obama and his administration, with the support of many Capitol Hill Democrats
are now reviving the ugly face of racism, from the1960’s and earlier years of
our nation.
Blaming
racism for criminality will not work.
Americans are smarter. President Obama,
Eric Holder, Capitol Hill Democrats, and the Main-stream Medias are failing
America. Americans are seeing the illumination
as more Democrats move closer to GOP principles.

2014 Midterm General Election – GOP legislators must now ‘show their stuff’
By
Oscar Y. Harward
In appraising
the Midterm General Election in 2014, most assessors recognize the major issues
include President Obama and his administration, Senate Majority Leader Harry
Reid, almost all Capitol Hill Democrat legislators; all
Washington, DC Democrats with a ‘left-wing’ agenda and
other left-wing members within the Judiciary.
The voters’ breakdown position number one was and is the US
economy. Our economy has deteriorated under
President Obama and his administration with many jobs being forced to relocate their
factories to friendlier communities or nations, or close their businesses here; mostly based on our government’s radical, anti-business agenda.
Many Federal Judges are revealing their own left-wing political
positions in overruling states’ Constitutional Amendment initiatives based on
our Declaration of Independence, our US Constitution, and our Holy Bible as
provided by our Founding Fathers’ guidance’.
Many of these incompetent findings may question as to why we vote on
anything anymore if these left-wing members of the Judiciary overrule the
voters’ positions on these Constitutional issues.
Expect many left-wing Judges and President Obama’s Cabinet
administration departments to continue their ‘left-wing’ agendas and in
conflict with private sector businesses.
With voters presentation to GOP leadership on Capitol Hill, many
other states and local governments across the USA, and under earlier and proven
fiscal policies and ideas for restoring the USA, Americans may now see new jobs
and/or better jobs in the private sector for Americans to improve themselves,
their families, and their communities.
Issues of importance to resolve but in no specific order, include:
- Repeal ObamaCare, as itself, this legislation has become a government, Socialistic, and a very expensive endeavor of costs to Americans; burdening too many families and their jobs.
-
- Eliminate or limit many Cabinet departments as out of control government agencies have become too authoritative, unfriendly, and insufferable to employers and our US economy.
- Stop Illegal immigrants at the border, and specifically, criminals and other known potential terrorists, etc.
- Many of Obama’s foreign policies are failing; whereas, the Obama administration is funding terrorists’ groups and governments; some of these American funded groups and governments are at war with our US Military. How foolish!
America now has 17 times more ‘illegal’
immigrants in the USA than in the entire US Military stationed within the USA;
more than 14 times more illegal immigrants in the USA than in the entire US
Military around the world.
A majority of our ‘illegal’ immigrants are
receiving government aid at taxpayers’ expense; food, water, shelter,
healthcare, education, etc.;
and at taxpayers’ expense.
Illegal immigrants must be
required to return to their native nation, obtain a Green Card, and then get in
line before re-entering the USA.
Afterward, each permitted
immigrant may become a contributor, rather than a recipient of government
resources.
The American voters have given Capitol Hill
Republicans a Capitol Hill majority in both Houses of Congress with an
opportunity to ‘show their stuff’.
Americans have spoken! Restore
our US economy, preserve our Constitution, and restore our freedoms and values.
Should Republican legislators fail the
American voters; the voters will dethrone the GOP in 2016.

In debate, Kay Hagan says Thom Tillis cut education by $500 million
Sen. Kay Hagan’s continuous LIES on PUBLIC EDUCATION
Another Sen. Kay Hagan and her Democrat Party’s ‘weekly
and continuous ‘LIE’ of the 2014 US Senate campaign; any Kay Hagan ‘lie’ as in
many of her erroneous efforts to win her re-election.
“They charge that Speaker Tillis cut $500 million
in education. In the year before Speaker Tillis led the House, the budget for
K-12 education was $7.3 billion. This
year the budget is $8.1 billion. Fifth graders can figure that this is an
increase of $800 million. But Democrats
say it is a $500 million “cut”. The Washington Post awarded this lie “two
Pinocchios”.” - Rep. Paul Stam, Apex, NC
Oscar Y. Harward
Says Thom Tillis "has cut $500 million from public education."
— Kay Hagan on Tuesday, October 7th, 2014 in a debate
In debate, Kay Hagan says Thom Tillis cut education by $500 million
By Lauren Carroll, Max Fischer-Zernin on Tuesday, October 7th, 2014 at 9:17 p.m.
Education spending was a point of contention in the North Carolina Senate debate on October 7, when Sen. Kay Hagan repeated a popular Democratic talking point that Thom Tillis and state House Republicans are responsible for cuts to school funding.
Sen. Hagan said Tillis "has cut $500 million from public education and, you know what that means folks? That means fewer teachers in the classroom. That means larger classroom sizes and that means outdated textbooks if there’s any textbooks at all."
Back in June we checked the same claim from a television ad sponsored by Women Vote, an arm of EMILY's List, a political action committee that supports Democratic women who are in favor of abortion rights.
Where did the cuts come from?
When we looked at North Carolina's education budget year to year, it has increased every year since Tillis became speaker in 2011. According to a document prepared by the General Assembly, the state education budget was $10.8 billion in the 2010-11 fiscal year and $11.5 billion for 2014-15. (These numbers are adjusted for inflation and include both K-12 and higher education spending.)
Additionally, state expenditure per pupil for K-12 has increased since 2011 -- from $5,156 in 2011 to $5,395 in 2013.
Education spending in North Carolina comes from a combination of federal, state and local dollars. State funding accounts for more than 62 percent of expenditures.
So did Sen. Hagan and Women Vote pull that $500 million cut out of thin air? No, but it's complicated.
Each year, the North Carolina Office of State Budget and Management creates a continuation budget, which is a tool that outlines how much should be spent to maintain the current service level, without cutting or adding services. The projection might be larger or smaller than previous years because it takes into account factors such as inflation, population growth and operating new facilities.
Lawmakers are not obliged to match the continuation budget.
For the 2013-15 budget, the state budget office proposed a continuation budget of about $23.6 billion for those two years to maintain the status quo across K-12 and higher education. The budget that state lawmakers passed came up to about $23.1 billion. In total, lawmakers allocated $481 million less than the the continuation budget suggested. (EMILY's List pointed us to this when we asked about the ad back in June.)
That shortfall ended up dividing the political parties in North Carolina: Last year, Tillis took to the floor to push lawmakers to pass the budget, while Democrats bashed the bill primarily because they believed the education allocations weren't adequate. The bill passed 65-53 in the House and 32-17 in the Senate, with no Democratic votes in favor.
It’s important to note that the Legislature’s choosing to fund at levels lower than the continuation budget is not a literal budget cut. In raw dollars, the state is spending more money than in previous years.
However, Tillis’ critics say it has the same effect as a cut.
"If you’re not doing what it takes to maintain the status quo, it’s a cut," said Hagan spokeswoman Sadie Weiner.
Some other critics of Tillis’ education record have noted that state funding for K-12 education in North Carolina is about $500 million less than pre-recession levels. In the 2013-14 school year, public school spending was about $7.9 billion. In 2008-2009, it was $8.4, when adjusted for inflation.
The budget affecting the 2014-15 school year eliminated 5,200 teachers, 3,800 teacher assistants and about $115 million for textbooks and instructional supplies, among other services, Philip Price, CFO for the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, told us in June. It also increases student-teacher ratios.
The budget added a small number of new programs, but the vast majority of state education spending growth over the years comes down to rising healthcare and retirement costs.
"That doesn’t help the students," Price said. "It doesn’t mean you get more teachers. It doesn’t change what is available to that classroom."
Reductions in federal and local education spending -- as well as funding shifts due to rising charter school popularity -- could also be a major reason why schools feel as if their funds have shrunk, despite a steadily increasing state budget, said Terry Stoops, director of research and education policy at the John Locke Foundation, a North Carolina think tank that promotes limited government. He added that between 2010 and 2013, federal funding to North Carolina schools dropped by $337.6 million.
But when the federal government stopped giving North Carolina schools stimulus funding, the state did not pick up the slack, Price said.
The state's shrinking spending on classroom services is part of a trend that has been going on since the recession -- back to when Democrats controlled the General Assembly -- and can't be solely blamed on one speaker of the house, he added.
Our ruling
Sen. Hagan’s statement attacking Tillis said he "has cut $500 million from public education."
Literally, the statement is wrong. As North Carolina's Speaker of the House, Tillis helped pass a budget in 2013 that increased actual spending on education in comparison to previous years.
But the budget spent almost $500 million less than what was requested to maintain the status quo, accounting for inflation and increased costs of various services. Additionally, the actual budget increase had a lot to do with rising costs of employee benefits, and not a lot to do with money that ends up in the classroom.
We rate this claim Half True.

For the 2014 North Carolina’s US Senate Elections, Thom Tillis wins BIGTIME on October 7, 2014
This evening, October 7, 2014 Democrat Party
nominee, Senator Kay Hagan had a North Carolina statewide TV debate with NC
Speaker of the House and Republican Party nominee, Thom Tillis. The debate was moderated by ABC’s George
Stephanopoulos.
On this evening, Republican Party nominee Thom
Tillis politically ATE HAGAN ALIVE; a night she will sadly remember. All of Tillis’s remarks were to the point and
very definitive. Kay Hagan tried to doubt
the TV viewers off by saying Tillis was not answering the questions, when in
fact, it was the opposite.
ON this evening, Thom Tillis had a GREAT evening
while Kay Hagan had a VERY BAD evening.

2014 Election for North Carolina’s US Senate; Kay Hagan v. Thom Tillis
By
Oscar Y. Harward
Many
important issues facing North Carolinians includes Education,
the Economy, and ObamaCare.
Education:
Everyone must support educating our children; public, private, church, etc. COMPETITION IN EDUCATION generates winning
results for our children. The bigger the
scores, the worthier! The FRUITFUL TRIUMPHS
as the FAILURES PERISH.
Speaker
Thom Tillis is demonstrating his support to EDUCATION with a 7% pay increase
for teachers; not throwing taxpayers’ money without a plan and/or results.
‘Public
schools’ are inviting ‘IRRATIONALITY’. As
an example, a ‘public school’ class was given an assignment comparing President
GW Bush with Adolf Hitler. http://www.foxnews.com/us/2014/09/11/sixth-grade-school-assignment-ask-students-to-compare-bush-to-hitler/
Economy: New
and expanding JOBS in North Carolina and all across the USA are most important for
any growing economy.
When
Sen. Hagan criticizes Speaker Tillis for his support of tax breaks allowing ENTREPRENEURS
TO CREATE NEW JOBS AND EXPAND EXPANDING JOBS; Tillis’ s led legislation is providing
more and better jobs for our working North Carolinians. Results show as NC’s unemployment numbers decline.
OBAMACARE: Thom
Tillis opposes OBAMACARE as a bureaucratic, and costly law, while restricting
and/or killing more jobs in the private
sector.
Sen. Hagan joined President Obama in ‘TELLING UNTRUTHS’ as both
promised that you and I could keep our Health Care plans and our personal
Doctors, etc. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HYh7L-1lbPY
Sen.
Hagan voted to remove $700 Billion from Medicare and Medicare Advantage to PAY
for OBAMACARE. http://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_lists/roll_call_vote_cfm.cfm?congress=111&session=2&vote=00072
Sen.
Hagan voted ‘YEA’ with President Obama in support of OBAMACARE. http://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_lists/roll_call_vote_cfm.cfm?congress=111&session=1&vote=00396

Capitol Hill Republicans’ ‘LACK-OF-LEADERSHIP’ joined Senate Majority Leader, Harry Reid
Now, it is September, 2014 and it is all over again; a violation of our 1st Amendment and our RIGHTS to give political donations as we choose.
The PEOPLE, and not any Congress, should decide how
you and I should spend their money in elections. You can BETCHA Congress will continue to be
funded by others whom fund these LEFT-WING laws. You can BETCHA Congress will continue in
allowing MEGA-DONORS like George Soris.
Capitol Hill Republicans’ ‘LACK-OF-LEADERSHIP’ joined
Senate Majority Leader, Harry Reid and the LEFT-WING DEMOCRAT PARTY on their
issues and destroying our GOP and its’ CONSERVATIVE VALUES.
Remember the McCain/Feingold Law? Remember how Sen. John McCain CROSSED THE
AISLE in leading Capitol Hill Republicans into giving the Democrat Party’s their
favorite DONORS, all Labor Unions with almost unlimited donations, yet denied
businesses from donation anything.
SCOTUS finally declared that UNCONSTITUTIONAL as unfair. http://writ.news.findlaw.com/dorf/20100125.html
Now, it is September, 2014 and it is all over again; a violation of our 1st Amendment and our RIGHTS to give political donations as we choose.
SCOTUS, in ‘McCutcheon v. Federal Election
Commission’, “The court's five
conservative justices all agreed that the so-called aggregate limit on the
amount of money a donor can give to candidates, political action committees,
and political parties is unconstitutional.” http://www.motherjones.com/politics/2014/03/supreme-court-mccutcheon-citizens-united

AMERICA, PLEASE LISTEN! Congress should regulate political
contributions only when there is POLITICAL CORRUPTION directly involved. Otherwise, all should and must accept the
SCOTUS decision. Not so for Democrats
who choose to destroy Conservative Republicans.
Remember, our National Debt is at $17.7 Trillion
and growing. http://www.usdebtclock.org/
What a ‘REPULSIVE LOSS’ for ALL REPUBLICANS for our
Senate Minority Leader, Mitch McConnell to lead Republicans down a polluted road. How can so many RINO Republicans be so
misled, uninformed, or just plain politically stupid as they support the
Democrat Party and this legislation; all in violation of the Supreme Court on
the United States decision.
We finally obtained a ‘LEVEL-FIELD’; only for Senate
Republicans to join Democrats’ legislation and throw our RIGHTS away.
