Impeach Obama For His Failure(s) To Follow Our Constitution and US Code

In June 2009, Honduran’s President Manueal Zelaya was ousted by the Honduran Congress and their Supreme Court. President Zelaya’s was creating efforts to extend his government, beyond the Honduran Constitution. Initially, President Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton ordered that President Manueal Zelaya be reinstalled. The Honduran government with the majority backing of its citizens said ‘NO’.

The Honduran’s Congress named Roberto Micheletti as President, and he immediately declared a free Democracy for all Hondurans.
President Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton were "wrong" by ordering the Honduran government to reinstall former President Manuel Zelaya, who was coddling up to Venezuela President Hugo Chavez, Cuban Prime Minister Fidel Castro, Iranian President Ahmadinejad, and others of the Socialist and/or Communist leaders.

Costa Rican President Oscar Arias mediated a standoff between Honduran’s deposed President Manuel Zelaya and the newly appointed President Micheletti regime. In conclusion, a new election was held in November between ousted President Zelaya and new Presidential candidate Porfirio Lobo. Lobo won handily.

Today, we in America are facing a similar Constitution alteration. President Obama seems to be coddling up to leaders of countries who do not even like America. President Obama and his administration appear to be ‘picking and choosing’ as to which part of our Constitution and US Code President Obama and his administration are willing to obey and/or enforce.
J. Christian Adams, with President Obama’s Department of Justice Voting Rights Attorney has resigned over Attorney General Eric Holder’s decision to dismiss the voting rights ‘violations’ of November 2008 in Pennsylvania. In the November 2008 General Election, President Bush’s Justice Department filed a civil lawsuit against the New Black Panther Party and three of its members, saying that they violated the 1965 Voting Rights Act by scaring voters with the weapon, uniforms, and racial slurs. Now, Obama’s AG Eric Holder has dismissed the charges against the Black Panthers in Pennsylvania who were intimidating citizens attempting to vote in the 2008 General Election. Free and open voting in the electoral process is one of our most precious freedoms. These criminals must be prosecuted and sentenced for these election violations.

Now, President Obama’s administration has filed a suit against Arizona’s new law that was enacted to stop ‘illegal immigration’ which was bringing additional felonious crimes into Arizona and other parts of America. While the Obama administration is failing to enforce the US Code on ‘illegal immigration’, it is challenging the Arizona law, SB1070. The Obama administration is also ignoring ‘Amendment 10’ of our US Constitution which says, ‘The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people’.

AG Eric Holder, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, and others have criticized Arizona’s new law, SB1070, even though many have said they had not even read the new law. Additionally, ICE Director John Morton says he will refuse to deport illegal immigrants as required by Arizona law and US Code. Several other states are using Arizona’s legislation as a model to copy.

Our US Constitution and the US Code apply to all Americans, and that includes our US President Obama, Attorney General Eric Holder, Secretary Janet Napolitano, Secretary Hillary Clinton, ICE Director John Morton, and all others inside and outside this administration. What and why do they not understand?

This is only two of many other issues which President Obama and his law-breaking appointee members who fail to follow the law. How long will the majority Democrat Party on Capitol Hill ignore our Constitution and our US Code? Will our American voters on November 2, 2010 reject the Democrat Party’s radical impracticality on Capitol Hill? It is time for ‘Impeachment’ hearings. Should America proceed for ousting President Obama as the Honduran Congress and their Supreme Court successfully did to save their Constitution and their freedoms? Mr. President, our Constitution and US Code also applies to you and your entire staff. None of you are above the law. I believe a majority of American citizens are becoming angry at the majority radical Democrat Party on Capitol Hill as they continue to ignore the majority of our citizens by ‘cramming down our throats’ their own rejected, left-wing political agenda.

By following the guidance of Honduras who did survive by following their Constitution to depose a President, America can also survive by making the political corrections as necessary, by following our Constitution.
