WISDOM

If you support our national security issues, you may love and appreciate the United States of America, our Constitution with its’ freedoms, and our American flag.

If you support and practice our fiscal issues, you may value worldly possessions.

If you support and value our social issues, you may love Judeo-Christian values.

If you support and practice all these values, that is all good; an insignia of “Wisdom” . - Oscar Y. Harward

U.S. Senate Roll Call Vote - Freedom of Religion

S.Amdt. 189 to S.Amdt. 98 to H.R. 1

America, below is a vote for an amendment to the so-called "Stimulus" proposal in the US Senate on February 5, 2009. This amendment was a simple purpose to: To allow the free exercise of religion at institutions of higher education that receive funding under section 803 of division A.

Has America become so anti-Christian? Do Christians really know whom and what they are voting for? Would you think your own US Senator would vote "NO" on this issue? See for yourself.

Please pass this to all, as to who, and how (y)our personal US Senators are really destroying "Freedom of Religion". (Y)Our forefathers never planned for a separation of Church and State, as is now happening. Is this the "change" (y)our voters were looking for and supporting?

You may note 38 Republicans, 4 Democrats, and 1 Independent voted for "Free exercise of Religion" at Colleges & Universities.

You may note 1 Republican, 52 Democrats, and 1 Independent voted against "Free exercise of Religion" at Colleges & Universities.

Two US Senators did not vote on this issue.

U.S. Senate Roll Call Votes 111th Congress - 1st Session as compiled through Senate LIS by the Senate Bill Clerk under the direction of the Secretary of the Senate.
