Based on news reports, government labor reports show there were additional job losses of some 85,000 in December, 2009.
So President Obama wants to spend an additional $5 Billion to create jobs to be directed toward clean energy manufacturing. This is in addition to another $5 Billion for clean energy jobs some mere two to three weeks ago, just before Christmas in December, 2009.
As Senator Everett Dirksen once said, “A billion here, a billion there, and pretty soon you’re talking real money”
Republicans usually support tax cuts, and/or tax credits for business investments creating jobs. Betcha can bet the house, that upon any in-depth investigation, you will find these additional $5 Billion in tax credits will be directed to, or in support of businesses, unions, and/or individuals who supported President Obama and/or supporters of other elected Democrat Party candidates in specific partisan Congressional Districts -- not for all others in the free market.
A $5 Billion directed to a specific partisan giveaway seems to be the system of Obama and the radical left-wing Democrat Party leaders on Capitol Hill. What I am suggesting is this may be an additional giveaway program -- the President Obama and Democrat Party style. How deep does President Obama believe the taxpayers’ pockets are? He seems to see no bottom.
