WISDOM

If you support our national security issues, you may love and appreciate the United States of America, our Constitution with its’ freedoms, and our American flag.

If you support and practice our fiscal issues, you may value worldly possessions.

If you support and value our social issues, you may love Judeo-Christian values.

If you support and practice all these values, that is all good; an insignia of “Wisdom” . - Oscar Y. Harward

Capitol Hill Democrats continue to force ObamaCare on Americans

By Oscar Y. Harward

On December 24, 2009, Capitol Hill Democrats decided to “crammed down (y)our throat” ObamaCare: H.R. 3590 http://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_lists/roll_call_vote_cfm.cfm?congress=111&session=1&vote=00396.

In the last two years many new laws have been “crammed down (y)our throats” regardless of political polls that are saying “NO” to many of these new laws. You may remember that all of these members who voted for these laws admitted they never read or even fully understood the legislation prior to voting.

On November 2, 2010, the American electorate responded by rejecting a majority of Democrat Party nominees for elective office all across our nation.

Today, political polls continue to say “repeal” ObamaCare.

On February 2, Republican leaders, responding to political polls, forced a vote in the U.S. Senate to repeal ObamaCare legislation known as “To repeal the job-killing health care law and health care-related provisions in the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010” http://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_lists/roll_call_vote_cfm.cfm?congress=112&session=1&vote=00009. Capitol Hill Democrats continue to reject a majority of Americans as Democrats rejected this legislation by 51 against to 47 for. November 2012 may become an exceptionally big victory for Republican Party candidates as Americans may, again, further reject Democrat Party nominees.

Fifty of fifty-one of the elected Senate Democrats voted NO “To repeal the job-killing health care law and health care-related provisions in the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010”. Democrat Party Sen. Warner-VA did not vote.

Twenty-one Democrat Party Senators who voted NO “To repeal the job-killing health care law and health care-related provisions in the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010” and are up for re=election in 2012: Akaka (D-HI), Bingaman-NM, Brown-OH, Cantwell-WA, Cardin-MD, Carper-DE, Casey-PA, Conrad-ND, Feinstein-CA, Gillibrand-NY, Klobuchar-MN, Kohl-WI, Manchin-WV, McCaskill-MO, Menendez-NJ, Nelson (D-FL), Nelson (D-NE), Stabenow-MI, Tester (D-MT), Webb-VA, Whitehouse-RI.

All forty-seven Republican Party Senators voted YES “To repeal the job-killing health care law and health care-related provisions in the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010”.

Independent Senators Sanders-VT voted NO “To repeal the job-killing health care law and health care-related provisions in the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010. Independent Party Senator Lieberman-CT did not vote.

All legislators should focus on legislation of lower taxes and less bureaucracy that will assist and/or allow small businesses to start new jobs and/or expand existing jobs. What will it take for Capitol Hill Democrats to study and allow our economy to grow in an open and free market? Wake up Democrats, Americans reject ObamaCare as Socialism.
