ObamaLaw supersedes our Constitution and US Code?

Here we go again. President Obama has decided to take his own personal political decision to ignore our Holy Bible and US Code on Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA). This legislation passed the US House on July 12, 1996 with a vote of 342-Yes to 67-No http://clerk.house.gov/evs/1996/roll316.xml. The US Senate vote passed with a vote of 85-Yes to 14 No http://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_lists/roll_call_vote_cfm.cfm?congress=104&session=2&vote=00280. President Bill Clinton signed the legislation into law on September 21, 1996.

During the November 8, 2008 General Election, and after video evidence, the Bush Administration’s Justice Department filed charges against Black Panthers in Pennsylvania for intimidating members of the electorate attempting to vote. The US Justice Department won the case by default. Suddenly, and even with an automatic win and with no explanation, AG Holder dismissed the case.

AG Holder has decided to discontinue the prosecution against USS Cole bomber Abd al-Rahim al-Nashis who killed 17 Americans and injured 39 others.

Arizona’s General Assembly passed a new law, SB1070, on illegal immigration for the purpose of controlling out-of-control criminal activity associated with illegal immigration. ICE Director John Morton refuses to uphold the law to deport illegal immigrants as required by Arizona law and US Code. AG Holder filed a lawsuit against Arizona although SB1070 was in compliance with our Constitution, Article X. A US District Judge upheld parts of the Arizona law SB1070. President Obama appealed the US District Court case to the United Nations. Obama is now governing under the UN as if the UN is superior to America’s state and federal judiciary?

Now AG Holder is suing Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio who is upholding the Arizona laws and US Code.

Under this administration, General Motors filed Chapter 11 in US Bankruptcy Court and in support of the United Auto Workers (UAW). GM was bailed out at taxpayers’ expense even though UAW employees, with benefits, exceeded upwards of $150,000 annually.

For all purposes, and as reported, President Obama fired Bank of America’s CEO. In a free and open economy, private enterprise thrives or dies. Presidents do not order, without a Court’s order, the firings of CEO’s in a private business.

President Obama and the Capitol Hill Democrats continue to discredit the Taxes Enough Already (TEA) Party. Most American taxpayers continue to be upset at the out-of-control taxpayers’ spending. Are President Obama and the Capitol Hill Democrats willing to push our national debt into a total American bankruptcy?

President Obama and/or members of his administration are misleading Americans as he shifts our nation away from our Constitution, US Code, and our fiscal and social Judeo-Christian values. President Obama and his administration seem to obey laws as they see fit, regardless of our Constitution and US Code.
