WISDOM

If you support our national security issues, you may love and appreciate the United States of America, our Constitution with its’ freedoms, and our American flag.

If you support and practice our fiscal issues, you may value worldly possessions.

If you support and value our social issues, you may love Judeo-Christian values.

If you support and practice all these values, that is all good; an insignia of “Wisdom” . - Oscar Y. Harward

Chris Simcox for US Senate

It was political stimulating to see Fox News Channel televise a Sen. John McCain Town Hall. Sen. McCain is to be commended for his service as a pilot while in the US Navy, and specifically for his service while imprisoned in North Vietnam as a prisoner-of-war.

There comes a time as Winston Churchill once said “Politicians and diapers have one thing in common. They should both be changed regularly and for the same reason”. As for me, now may be the time for Arizona to consider making a change for a true Conservative to represent the great state and its’ people of Arizona.

At the Town Hall, it was interesting as Sen. McCain continually making reference to his friend, Sen. Lindsey Graham (SC-R). You may remember it was Sen. McCain and Sen. Graham who were members of the “Gang of 14” US Senators who were to rebuke President Bush for his appointments to the US Supreme Court as being too Conservative. Lindsey Graham is now been renamed “Flimsy Lindsey”. You will find McCain and Graham supporting many of the same issues, in lieu of supporting the GOP Platform.

Sen. John McCain has a "comprehensive immigration reform"; others refer to as "amnesty". A better description could be described is “Monopoly Immigration”. In the game of Monopoly, you pay $200.00 to get out of jail. Under John McCain’s plan, you pay $5,000.00 and you have just purchased American freedoms.

Please do not forget the McCain-Feingold legislation in the US Senate which allows the likes of billionaire George Soros who fund MoveOn.Org and recently funded an advertisement against General George Petraeus named ”General Petraeus or General Betray Us?” This legislation was co-authored by Republican Sen. John McCain and Democrat Sen. Russ Feingold.

Many of us all across America have served and/or are currently serving in the US Military to protect our American Flag, our US Constitution, our nation, and the freedoms within. Over the history of our great nation’s history, over 600,000 soldiers have given their own life in the wars for these liberties to survive. Shame on you, Sen. McCain and others, who are willing to sell or even give away these precious values to illegal immigrants! Support legal immigration, not illegal immigration.

The leading root for the disappointment within the GOP is that so many registered Republicans who run for public office fail to support the RNC Platform. Some of these candidates are Republicans In Name Only (RINO). Republican candidates must support a minimum of 80% of the GOP Platform. Then, we will see more election successes. The GOP Platform begins at the precinct level, then to the counties, the Districts, the State, and then advancing to be adopted as a formal document Platform Plan at the Republican National Committee meeting http://www.gop.com/2008Platform/.

In summary, for a fresh vision, I invite each of you to take a look at Chris Simcox for US Senate http://www.simcoxforsenate.com/index.php, and evaluate Chris Simcox on his issues http://www.simcoxforsenate.com/index.php?p=issues. Then I believe you may agree with Chris Simcox on the most important issues for this crucial election for US Senate.
