President Obama and/or members of his administration are misleading Americans and he shifts our nation from our Constitution, US Code, and fiscal and social Judeo-Christian values.
1. During the November 8, 2008 General Election, and after video evidence, the Bush Administration Justice Department filed charges against Black Panthers in Pennsylvania for intimidating members of the electorate attempting to vote. The US Justice Department won the case by default. Suddenly, and even with an automatic win and with no explanation, AG Holder dismissed the case.
2. Arizona’s General Assemble passed a new law, SB1070, on illegal immigration for the purpose of controlling out-of-control criminal activity associated with illegal immigration. ICE Director John Morton refuses to uphold the law to deport illegal immigrants as required by Arizona law and US Code. AG Holder filed a lawsuit against Arizona although SB1070 was in compliance with our Constitution, Article X. A US District Judge upheld parts of the Arizona law SB1070. President Obama appealed the US District Court case to the United Nations. Obama is now governing under the UN as if the UN is superior to America’s state and federal judiciary?
3. AG Holder has decided to discontinue the prosecution against USS Cole bomber Abd al-Rahim al-Nashis who killed 17 Americans and injured 39 others.
4. Now AG Holder is suing Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio who is upholding the Arizona laws and US Code.
5. In two other incidents, US Senatorial nominee Joe Sestak (D-PA) and Colorado US Senatorial nominee Andrew Romanoff (D)-CO) allegedly were offered jobs in the Obama administration in lieu of dropping their candidacies for US Senate. AG Holder has not ordered any investigation.
6. Obama’s Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel, while serving as a member of Congress (D-IL-5), lived rent-free, with a BP adviser, while residing in Washington, DC. His rent-free housing would exceed Federal Election laws? Even today, Obama praises Rahm Emanuel. Again, AG Holder has not ordered any investigation.
7. Review the government-subsidized group ACORN and all of their alleged illegal activity from voter fraud mortgage counseling, to illegal underage sex. ACORN’s organizations serve President Obama and the Democrat Party; much primarily paid for with taxpayers’ money. Again, AG Holder has not ordered any investigation.
8. Other allegations include Obama’s nominees who failed to pay their own taxes. HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, Tom Daschle, Obama’s first HHS nominee, Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner, US Trade Representative Ron Kirk, and Labor Secretary Hilda Solis. All Americans are usually penalized for not paying their taxes. In the Obama Administration, they are flaunted. Again, AG Holder has not ordered any investigation.
Based on President Obama and the majority Democrat Party’s out-of-control spending, you may never perceive America is in a recession. Whether it be Obama’s honoring our Constitution and US Code, President Obama shows no respect for the law. Additionally, his family has spent more of taxpayers’ money for vacations, than any other before. Again, AG Holder has not ordered any investigation. Obama’s administration is possibly the most corrupt of all times. Will America reject President Obama’s proposals and the majority Democrat Party on November 2, 2010?
