In watching C-SPAN as the majority House Democrats chastise Rep. Joe Wilson (R- SC) in the US House, it reminds me of a group of younger children fighting over nothing. May I offer my apologies to children for making such an immature assessment? Even children do act more maturely?
The majority House Democrats on Capitol Hill have failed to chastise Rep. William Jefferson (D-LA) whom the FBI found some $100,000 of illegal money in his freezer. Rep. Jefferson was convicted in the Judiciary. The Capitol Hill majority Democrats have not chastised Rep. Charles Rangel (D-NY) who found he has failed to report some $660,000 which he was required to file. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi just announced Rep. Rangel will maintain his House leadership position. Is there anything to Capitol Hill Democrats which is unacceptable to fellow Capitol Hill Democrats?
When will the majority Capitol Hill Democrats demand an independent investigation of ACORN? When will the majority Capitol Hill Democrats return their own political funds from ACORN and all of their associates? On Monday, September 14, 2009, seven majority Democrat US Senators voted “No” to a discontinuation of funding ACORN on housing alone, with (y)our taxpayers’ money. After all of the exposed corruption on ACORN in just the past few days, weeks, and months, majority Democrats on Capitol Hill continues to support ACORN. An aggressive independent investigation may prove that ACORN could be the most corrupt organization ever in partisan politics history. And, where is President Obama, and his Attorney General Eric Holder? Remember, Barack Obama was legal counsel for ACORN. There are more! So many incidents to mention!
These House Democrats act to chastise only Republicans. If you are a House Democrat on Capitol Hill, anything and everything goes, and is OK, if you are a Democrat. Capitol Hill Democrats may do as they wish, without being chastised, condemned, investigated, and/or prosecuted, only if you are a House Democrat, whenever the Democrats are in charge.
Oh, how petty, how immature, how unprofessional, just how low will Speaker Nance Pelosi and her other Liberal Capitol Hill House Democrats go? That is OK. America is watching and taking a hard look; remembering for the next elections. This continued chastisement is lower than pigs wallowing in a mud puddle.
