WISDOM

If you support our national security issues, you may love and appreciate the United States of America, our Constitution with its’ freedoms, and our American flag.

If you support and practice our fiscal issues, you may value worldly possessions.

If you support and value our social issues, you may love Judeo-Christian values.

If you support and practice all these values, that is all good; an insignia of “Wisdom” . - Oscar Y. Harward

Democrat Party candidates avoid their legislative records

By Oscar Y. Harward

President Obama and Democrat Party members, on the campaign trail, are remaining silent in support of their legislative record. Political polls all across America show heavy opposition to the Obama/Reid/Pelosi team legislative record.

The Obama/Reid/Pelosi team and Capitol Hill Democrats have additional radical ideas to “cram down (y)our throats” that will further weaken our economy. It now appears that the Democrat Party plans to continue on Socialist, Communist, and/or other anti-American ideas in the 112th Congress:

1. Higher taxes: The Democrat Party supports additional taxes beginning on January 1, 2010 with the expiration of the GW Bush tax relief rather than promoting business investments to provide jobs for our increasing unemployed. Higher taxes may fracture a free and open economy resulting more to government jobs as General Motors now currently operates.

2. Cap and Trade: The Democrat Party supports additional government requirements to businesses and individuals which are, again, crippling our economy. President Obama has confirmed the enormous escalating cost of energy.

3. One World Government: The Democrat Party supports “One World Government”. President Obama appealed the Arizona new “Illegal Immigration” law to the United Nations for their appraisal. Other Democrats have expressed their support of a “One World Government”. Political polls show a majority of Americans support the new Arizona law (SB 1070).

4. More government: The Democrat Party supports additional government services to all, legal and/or illegal immigrants for free food, housing, education, healthcare, entertainment, and any other needs and desires. A free and open economy in the workplace expects those with abilities to help themselves while protecting those with health failures and uncontrollable disastrous circumstances.

5. Less Constitutional freedoms: The Democrat Party supports a system that denies or impedes Constitutional rights as described in the Amendments to the Constitution of the United States of America.

6. Internet Control: President Obama appointed an Internet “cyber Czar” to a position without the “Advice and Consent” as described by the US Senate. Now, Congress is seeking legislation to allow more Internet wiretaps. While the Democrats on Capitol Hill are saying this is for the FBI, I am very troubled at the White House and their political involvements. Even today, I question as to whether someone is tampering with my “freedom of speech” on the Internet. It has become more difficult to find my writings opposed to the White House on the Internet.

7. Support of Labor Unions: The Democrat Party supports all Labor Unions as Labor Unions take their employees monthly fees and gives about 92% of their donations to Democrat Party candidates. While Labor Unions destroy private jobs in the workplace, new legislation with excessive import taxes may support Labor Unions and their demands but their actions could/would prevent another worldwide economic war with an even deepening recession.

In summary, Democrat Party members on Capitol Hill are following the Obama/Reid/Pelosi team by approximately 92.2% as Republican Party members voted to support the GOP by approximately 88.3% and deeply in opposition to the Obama/Reid/Pelosi team. http://projects.washingtonpost.com/congress/111/states/

Further, you may see members of the Democrat Party are heavily opposed to and members of the Republican Party are heavily supportive to the American Family Association’s legislative agenda. http://www.afaaction.net/ChooseState.aspx
