Managing a team is very much like managing a football team. There are eleven (11) players on each side in a football game; 11 on offense, 11 on defense. Each player on each side, offense and defense, has a part on each and every play. On offense, the quarterback is the team leader. Other team players are blocking for the quarterback, the running back(s), the wide receivers, etc. On defense, each player is trying to stop the offense by attacking the blockers, the running back(s), the wide receivers, etc. Each play of the defenses’ job is to stop the offense from running the football, interrupting or by providing inference of a pass to stop the football on offense.
In summary, as a team player, everyone must be a player doing the best of his/her job as they can participate best. Some are public speakers. Some are great at working telephones. Some may walk a neighbor, knocking on doors to encourage the residents to vote for your candidate(s). Some may have a “Coffee” (serving coffee, cookies, etc.) in their own home, or in a church, community center, etc. to invite friends, neighbors, and other associates to meet your candidate(s) or your candidate(s) representative to hear his/her views on the issues, and/or to receive donations for the campaign(s). Some put up signs, according to local codes and laws. Some provide money for advertising and other campaign costs. And there are many other jobs others may work doing; campaign organizations are wide and deep for success. Encourage others to participate as they feel more comfortable doing their best.
I am 66 years old and have been engaged in this political action since 1965. With that being said, and practicing all elections to be free, open, and totally honest, I am never surprised at the continuation of corrupt voting action that most Democrats will accept so long as it forwards their own agenda.
General Election 2010 is, generally speaking, an election for the voters to choose in electing one candidate for one office of many community, district, and state representative elections. All across America, the voters will usually have one choice between Democrat Party representatives and/or Republican Party representatives. In isolated places, there will be representatives offered from other political parties.
2010 General Election is primarily between the Democrat Party, represented by President Obama, Senate Majority Leader, Harry Reid, and Speaker of the House, Nance Pelosi. The Democrat Party represents most of the radical “cram down (y)our throats” legislation as passed by the majority Democrat Party in the 111th Congress.
The Republican Party is represented by all who trust in a free and open economy, allowing American men and women to invest their resources into producing jobs within our economy. Republicans are opposed to most of the radical “cram down (y)our throats” legislation as passed by the majority Democrat Party in the 111th Congress.
America, in this election, the Democrat Party is representing the out-of-control radical liberal spending give everything to everyone at all times. The Democrat Party continues to legislate laws that government is a giver of all services to all persons at all times. The Democrat Party continues to legislate that the better government is the larger government.
The Republican Party is representing the fiscal, social, and national security issues of today. The Republican Party believes Americans should have the incentives to work harder and smarter to earn more than others who choose not to. The Republican Party believes the better government is the smaller government.
Listen folks. With the upcoming election, when you see any sign of fraud, you must contact your local Boards of Elections, your local police department, your local FBI office, and all of your local print, radio, and TV news media. If you can take your own pictures, please do so.

II. Organization and Initial Training.
A. Study the local elections’ law. Ask your local Board of Elections and/or your local Republican Party to hold election security training on “do’s and/or do not’s”. If lawyers are few in number, let these lawyers work, within the law, at the most problem precincts and/or at an office on call.
B. Contacts - for working with local campaigns (Republican Party and/or specific candidates of choice). Share the leaderships. Encourage all family, friends, and other associates to support (y)our candidate(s) and vote on or before Election Day.
C. Public speaker – Under any candidates’ “permission”, speak in public forums.
D. Telephone calling - Define working calling list on telephone; never after 9:00 PM. Always keep written message to telephone recipient to 30 seconds or less.
E. Political signs – know the state and local codes for political signage installation. Make arrangements to remove signage after Election.
F. Passing out flyers - Put the flyers on automobiles, doors, or in paper boxes! That is legal. Putting flyers in mail boxes is illegal.
G. Coffees - or other community “Meet the Candidate(s)” – Hold coffees or other meeting(s) in your home and/or other community buildings.
H. Political contributions – Donate to local political party, other support organizations, and/or directly to the candidate(s).
I. Security – Have telephone numbers for your local Board of Elections, your local police, your state police, volunteer lawyers on call and if available, local office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and all members of the local Radio, TV, and print news media. Immediately report illegal activity.
III. Self Control - Expected.

Issues: The only issue the Democrat Party has to offer is “Divide and Conquer”.
TEA Party – Taxed Enough Already: The Democrats are attempting to disclaim the “TEA Party” which represents “Taxed Enough Already. It is fair to say the Democrat Party is representing the “Never Under Taxed” “NUT” Party as the Democrat Party continues to support higher taxes.
Racial Issues: Be careful. I believe it is an effort by the Democrat Party to make General Election 2010 partially a campaign over race. Democrats cannot win any election without 90%-plus of the minority community. Why the black community wants to support ...the Democrat, I don’t know.

There are many whites in the Democrat Party who will support the Democrats at all cost. By stirring up the minority community over race, the Democrats will muddy water by playing the race card to get out the vote in the black community.
Electorate Anger: Anger is growing across America directed at Democrats President Obama, Speaker of the House Pelosi, Senate Majority Leader Reid, and many other radical majority Democrats on Capitol Hill.
President Obama’s Qualifications: President Obama may be elected to his office, but he lacks the necessary education, knowledge, and experience to competently serve as President of the US. His record should also show he lacks the ability to appoint qualified, knowledgeable, and/or professional members to his Cabinet.
Additionally, it is the majority Democrat Party on Capitol Hill who refuses to require Obama to prove to Americans as to his birthplace, as well as all his records. We must defeat all of these liberal Democrats on Capitol Hill.
President Obama’s Staff Qualifications: Many of Obama’s administration failed to file/pay taxes. Now, his National Education Association (NEA) is following likewise. Many of the NEA funds are coming from and/or being supported by (y)our taxpayers.

Will anyone come up with a legitimate reason as to why Obama and his Attorney General Eric Holder dismissed the prosecution of Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri on his USS Cole attack? This President is a “NUT”.
Obama‘s Attorney General Eric Holder has one idea to win on November 2. Deny our US Military from obtaining the General Election ballots and return the same in time for the ballots to be counted.
US Department of Education: There is “Nothing” in the Constitution for the US government to operate a federal educational system. The NEA has become “too embedded” in the bureaucracy with the Labor Union’s liberal philosophy. Many have been said to just teach reading, writing, and arithmetic. Our children are being denied an education in Grammar, English, US History, Civics, etc. in the current education system.
It may be time for us to take a look at dissembling the US Department of Education and return it back to the states.
President Obama Impeached?: There are many instances where the US House of Representatives could file charges of Impeachment against Obama, but that is not going to happen until the radical liberal Democrats on Capitol Hill are defeated.
Why is the Democrat Party on Capitol Hill so silent in the Obama administration’s continuation of untruthful statements? Who will be the first Democrat to call for “Impeachment” hearings?
Judeo-Christian and Constitutional Freedoms: Daily, I am working to "Take America Back". It is imperative that we defeat each and every radical liberal Democrat on Capitol Hill to restore Judeo-Christian values and Constitutional freedoms.
When SCOTUS outlawed the Bible teachings in public schools, some children had parents who failed to attend a House of Worship, and did not teach the Bible at home. With that, many became unaware of the Bible and its teachings. Now a large membership in the elective offices today does not know and/or teach God’s Word. We must return God’s Word back into America’s public schools to teach Judeo-Christian values to our children.
Fiscal, Judeo-Christian, and Constitutional Freedoms: Will you step forward and vote to defeat each and every one of these “big-spenders” in an effort to restore America by defeating each and every radical liberal Democrat on Capitol Hill to restore Judeo-Christian values and Constitutional freedoms.
It is as every time you turn around, you find more and more fraud in the little less than $1Trillion “stimulus”, which I often refer to as the Obama/Reid/Pelosi thievery of taxpayers’ money in an effort to pay debts to the Unions and others who supported the Democrat Party placing them in control.

Being a practicing Christian is becoming difficult in America. The Democrat Party, through their own rules, their legislation, and their appointments in the Judiciary, as other areas in government and through the Colleges and University systems, has shown their misuse of Judeo-Christian values and Constitutional freedoms.
Republican Party participation on Capitol Hill: Often, Obama would say that Republicans were not going across the aisle to participate with the majority Democrats. The Republicans were refusing to support legislation that a majority of Americans were saying “NO” to this new law. Under the Obama, Reid, and Pelosi team leadership, Democrat Party members usually would never cross the aisle in support of more Conservative amendments offered by Republican Party members. Many Republican amendments were offered in committee hearings; however, the majority Democrat Party leadership instructed their fellow Democrats to defeat all GOP amendments, and usually they did.
Labor Unions: Obama makes certain that he is looking out for his Unions which spend so much of their money on his and other Democrat Party (re-)elections. These Unions refuse to invest their own retirement investments into the failing manufacturing within our economy which they drive out of business. Unions force higher wages and benefits for manufacturing cost to exceed products in the world's market.
Many want jobs which are in short supply, and many of these same people want the Unions who drive out the businesses, and also specifically, the manufacturing. Labor Unions must respect American businesses for all to survive.
Illegal Immigration: “Illegal immigrants” come to America, usually with others’ stolen Social Security Number, and with that, maybe obtain another ID such as a “Driver’s Operator’s License” from a state which issued “Operator’s License” to illegal immigrants, and they are on their way. The “illegal immigrants” are then able to use and abuse our hospitals, our other medical facilities, our Social Services, our public schools, etc., all at the expense of working Americans. These added costs prevent our own citizens from receiving their own adequate needs and services
Islamic Muslims: As for me, I choose to practice as Dr. Michael Kessler, who is Assistant Director of the Berkley Center for Religion, Peace, and World Affairs and Visiting Assistant Professor of Government at Georgetown University, said in the Washington Post, "Islam is not a religion. As for me, unquestionably, Obama is a Muslim. I do question as to only one nation he represents. I believe he represents and supports all Muslims including the Palestinians, Jihad, Hamas, Hezbollah, Al Qaeda, Taliban, and any other associated groups.
My belief is that the Islamic Muslim is not a religion as we in all Judeo-Christian nations believe, trust, and practice. There is so much evidence that Islamic Muslims are a “group” who are out to kill all Americans, Jews, and everyone around the world who disagrees with their philosophy. They even kill their own family who disagree with the Islamic Muslim Koran. Remember, the entire Koran was written by “only one man”. By claiming religion, they get around tax, civil, and criminal laws within. Muslims are non-American. In saying this, I believe American laws should disallow tax deductible status to the Islamic Muslims and the ACLU.

The radical Islamic Muslim community continues to show their “hate” of anyone within the Judeo-Christian community.
“Sharia Law” is part of the radical Islamic Muslim ideals (remember, I said ideals. I did not say religion as I believe their beliefs are not part of any religion).

Democrat Party Destroying America: An example as to how Obama, his administration, and the majority Democrat Party are destroying America and our health care system: First, they “cram down our throats” ObamaCare; then fail to defend American businesses, private and public, and they are against “illegal immigration”. It is all at taxpayers’ expense.
Defeated Liberals: Quite often in America when we defeat the liberals in elections, many of the former elected persons gets a job in the College and/or Educational system as a Professor, Counselor, Debater, etc., teaching (y)our children the left-wing message we all just defeated in the election process.
Glenn Beck, America’s #1Professor of History. Glenn Beck has taught Americans more about our Founding Fathers and our US History in the past year than the NEA teachers in our public schools have taught Americans in the past five (5) years.
Obama’s Labor Union Support: This President and his administration do protect his radical left-wing labor union supporters. The President, his Attorney General, and many others in his administration should be impeached.
Ground Zero: Many, many Democrats on Capitol Hill support the Islamic Muslim Mosque to be built at “Ground Zero”. Speaker Pelosi, Mayor Bloomberg, President Obama, and all liberal Democrat Party members on Capitol Hill, if you think so much of these killers, invite each of them into your home for their practicing activity. Do not allow these known killers to build a Mosque at Ground Zero. You may be allowing an enemy’s warehouse for war supplies on "hallowed ground". Who is to decide that the Islam Muslin congregation is even a religion, rather than an assembly of assassins.
Did you know? The only place of worship that was destroyed on 9/11, Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America, has been fighting New York officials for more than eight (8) years to rebuild their facility. Why does the managing majority Democrat Party in NY fail to approve a Judeo-Christian House of Worship rather than approving an Islamic Muslim house of worship? Islamic Muslims are allowed to build a new Mosque at “Ground Zero”, but Christians are denied to rebuild their House of Worship.
Constitutional Convention: America, we “do not want a Constitutional Convention” with these radical left-wing liberals in charge of “any part” of government.
Imagine what could happen with a Constitutional Convention under the current leadership in the White House and/or on Capitol Hill.
Just say “NO” to any thought of a Constitutional Convention while America has any radical left-wing liberals in charge of government.
Summary: Daily, I am working to "Take America Back". It is imperative that we defeat each and every radical liberal Democrat on Capitol Hill to restore Judeo-Christian values and Constitutional freedoms.
The difference between losing and winning is the “little things”. To be successful, you must be aggressive in identifying the weaknesses of your opponents, and to point out the weaknesses to your electorate.
Over the years when I have been involved in politics, the "most important thing" to institute at any meeting is to be able to count; "count the necessary votes to win", usually a majority.
Do not bring up any issue(s) when your enemies have more votes to defeat your own issue.
Prior to the General Election, get on your telephone, send E-mails, walk and talk door-to-door, or talk to your family, neighbors, and friends to get the votes to the meetings, etc. and make sure each knows how to vote to others on your issues.
