WISDOM

If you support our national security issues, you may love and appreciate the United States of America, our Constitution with its’ freedoms, and our American flag.

If you support and practice our fiscal issues, you may value worldly possessions.

If you support and value our social issues, you may love Judeo-Christian values.

If you support and practice all these values, that is all good; an insignia of “Wisdom” . - Oscar Y. Harward

Judges to the NC Supreme Court and Court of Appeals

By Oscar Y. Harward

Judges of our Courts have their own personal ideology and pass their thinking into their judgments. US District Judge George Steeh of Michigan, a President Clinton nominee, just ruled ‘ObamaCare’ as Constitutional.

Our US President fills all vacancies on Federal Courts. Vacancies in state courts are appointed by the Governor. For many years, judicial offices in NC were (re)elected in General Elections as ‘political party’ nominees. As NC citizens elected many GOP nominees to the Judiciary, the majority Democrat Party NC General Assembly changed the law for all Judges to be elected in ‘non-partisan’ elections.

Fiscal, social, and National Security principles held by Judges in our NC Judiciary are very important. It is imperative that we elect Judges who protect Judeo-Christian values and Constitutional freedoms. I am seeking your consideration to support these candidates to the NC Supreme Court and NC Court of Appeals.
